Quality product I do wish there were 4 wall bracket instead of 2. Seemingly a lot of leveraged weight for only two wall brackets. The installation instructions could be more simply written in my opinion. It arrive on time and the truth is that it has good material and is very faithful to the description. The installation is difficult for a single person even for two depending on the height where it is going to be installed. I'm happy with my purchase.

We are a bit disappointed in the arm assembly. Having difficulty with getting arms adjusted and instructions don't address this issue.

This is not a 10’ awning. It is a 9’ awning this is false advertisement I really need a 10 ft to cover 10’ patio I can’t believe no one mentioned this in reviews Even the frame is only 9’5” overall don’t believe anything on Amazon until you verify Proves again you get what you pay for. Otherwise assembly was easy but a little confusing instructions. My expectations are pretty low for this holding up more than a year. Great price though lol ... show more

I am having issue with the final install ...I have assembled the unit OK and ready to install the awnings to the structure and the bars have torn the aluminum pc on both sides when closing shut the fabric awning.
