Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Color Nourishing Hair Color Creme comes with an ampoule of grapeseed oil to start nourishing hair while you color because nourished hair means better color. I pretty much always choose garnier nutrisse when i’m using box dye. the formula is nice and doesn’t dry out your hair, it lasts long if you use hair color protecting shampoo and conditioner and don’t over wash your hair. the color of this wasn’t that good for me because i had existing dye underneath, so it was more of a bright blue than a teal, though i’m sure if you have an even base color it would be more similar to the color on the box. the directions are really simple and the process of mixing it is easy. ... show more

The color is absolutely beautiful very unique! I love how the shade changes in different lighting’s it makes it look like I have different hair colors (mostly black in darker lights and a sort of mermaid greenish color in bright lighting) which is great to me because I love to be different! it doesn’t bleed as much as some colors After the first wash. the smell isn’t strong or overpowering it has more of the great Smells from all the extra oils they put in there to keep your hair nice and healthy. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be purchasing this regularly! ... show more

I thought this would be a more bluer hue then black but it's not still kinda like a blueish black with a lil more black. But all in all kinda like it I will let it fade out and try it again. Will buy again!!!

I was trying to color over my faded red hair, it was starting to look tired and dry. But since I colored it permanent red I was having a hard time getting the color out. But this covered over it completely, I didn't fade out the red to color it but I still got a beautiful teal color! And after I rinsed the conditioner out, my hair was so, so soft!
