I have purchased 2 of these now. They don’t kink and are easy to handle and light weight enough for my wife. Can’t speak for longevity at this point since I’ve only had the first one for ~6 months, but there have been no problems so far. It is important that when you are finished using, that you discharge any water still in the hose so that it “relaxes” and coils nicely. Came with a nozzle attachment which was a nice surprise.

I moved from standard rubber hoses to SS hoses and am thrilled. I have used them several times and they are easy to wind into my hose pot for storage, no leaks at connections, more flexible and lighter than expected, and easy to spot in both gravel and foliage. I am using the plastic nozzle provided and its working well with zero leaks but expect to replace as it suffers from AZ heat and sun. However, a year or two will tell the full story.

The media could not be loaded. I'm purchasing another one of these hoses since my current one broke where the hose attaches to the threaded coupler that attaches to the spray nozzle. It's leaking like crazy! I have had the hose 1 1/2 years. It does not kink which is very nice. I wish the part on the couplers that you grip with your fingers were larger so you could more easily remove the ends from the hose bib and spray nozzle. I often have to get pliers to be able to get the grip needed. The only drawback other than easily unscrewing the ends is how dangerous it is if you step on the hose when it is on concrete. It is like ice! The hose immediately rolls when you step on it like it has ball bearing in it. This is probably the same function that keeps it from kinking. I'm giving the hose a 4 star rating because of the issue with the couplers being had to manipulate without a tool. I would give it a five if it didn't have that issue. I'm ignoring the fact that the hose broke after 1 1/2 years hoping that it was a fluke.

I went through 3 hoses in one summer…. I did the expanding ‘as seen on the tv’ and some cheap regular green hoses. Finally, I decided to invest in this stainless hose- more than I wanted to pay for a garden hose….. but so far, it’s been a dream! Doesn’t kink, lightweight, curls up so nicely, and works great. Only wish I had started with this one from the start!
