The media could not be loaded. If you have a small office space, but you need to be comfortable in a big chair. This is perfect for you because it’s not too big but it’s super comfortable. Update: The company reached out to me and offered to send new parts, but I already replaced the wheels so they offered to reimburse me the cost. That was above and beyond customer service so I updated my review to 4 stars simply because of impeccable customer service. Its comfortable and it looks nice. The instructions were easy to follow and it came with all the required parts and tools. The wheels are terrible though. I've literally been using it a few hours and its hard to roll on this very very low pile carpet. (I bought another set of wheels for it.) And during assembly its a hassle to to get the arms onto the back without another person. Some of the holes weren't drilled far enough or the bolts were not made correctly (hard to tell) but a couple of the bolts only screwed in about half way.
