I got this chair in hopes to get a nice gaming chair that has some relaxation options. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so I wanted to get a good one. It was pretty easy to put together. Total time was less than 10 minutes. It came with a large and really easy to understand instructional poster. All in all pretty much anyone who can read can put this together. So I only really have two issues with it. These issues are not enough to reduce its star level though. It's just minor gripes more than issues. The first one is that if you're more than 5'11 and over 220 lbs then don't get this chair. I'm exactly 5'11 and 200 lbs so I can sit on this chair without issue but any more than that and you'll have problems with being too large and issues being able to balance yourself with the reclining options. The second issue is that the massage option is WEAK. It runs using a comically short USB and has very little power to massage anything. It just gives a weak vibration akin to an electric toothbrush or battery powered adult toy. If you want a massage option, get a seperate one to lay on top of the chair. For sure buy this if you want a sturdy reclining gaming chair, but skip it if you're a larger person or if you want more than a tickle of a massage. ... show more

I sit in this car mainly when I game on my pc or on my console. This is very nice with the adjustable back and extended foot rest. It’s very easy to assemble where one person can put it together without getting frustrated. I will say after sitting and using it a lot the arms may become loose, but you just need to tighten them and they are perfect again. I needed one for my gaming setup that didn’t break the bank. Compared to competitors at this price range, this one has the features I was looking for. Definitely could be more comfortable. One thing to note is it’s fairly small. I’m a skinny man and fit comfortable however a larger person might find this chair too narrow. This is my second such chair. I bought the first one 7 years ago and it's still going strong, although the vinyl is cracked and flaking now. But structurally the chair is still solid. I bought another one like it for my wife, who is now glued into it 10+ hours/day because of her teleworking job. She likes it. Bought this chair as a replacement for my old one. It’s was used daily and was good for the first week or so. Then each time it was sat on you could hear plastic cracking. Can’t tell what exactly was cracking but the chair leans forward now. For the price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. Don’t waste your money! Edited to add: the hydraulic that moves the chair up and down has also stopped working. And the cracking we have now found was not plastic but whatever the seat base is made out of. It’s very thin, particle board like. At this point would give zero stars if I could. Edit: after some back and forth with the company (explaining what was wrong, sending pictures of the damage etc) they sent us a new chair! This one has been great! We have had it for about a month with zero issues. Between the customer service provided and the new chair itself I would now recommend this chair. ... show more

Chair feels cheap and not sturdy. Wanted to like the chair, but could see how I was going to be disappointed before I took it out of the box. Positives: It is easy to assemble, the instructions are clear. It matches the product description/images. The color is great. The little head pillow is good, it does make the chair more comfortable. The material is soft and feels nice. Negatives: It's not uncomfortable, but it's not comfortable either. It doesn't provide good support, a cushy seat, or feels like it was designed to be sat in for long periods. It feels like someone designed a chair from a picture and called it good, it works as a chair, but it's not the most comfortable thing. The angle of the bottom seat isn't adjustable, and I think it tilts forward too much. Especially when the foot rest is extended, the seat feels like it'll fall forward. The back is adjustable and okay, its a basic design. The little pillow provides no lumbar support, so it feels like more of a flat back. The leg rest does it job, but it shifts forward from under the seat often, which is annoying, and tilts the chair forward when being used. The chair can be adjusted up and down and the back can be adjusted back and forth, but this still leaves the chair in awkward positions to sit in. The cushions feel thin and it's easy to feel the frame through the cushions on the back. The little head pillow is the most comfortable cushion on the whole chair. The arm rests feel like they can be easily broken. I immediately bent one arm rest out of place, the first day I had the chair. The arm rests are not securely attached to the chair frame, which makes them easy to bend away from the chair. Even casually leaning on one arm rest will slowly bend it away from the chair with nothing stopping it. It's difficult to return large items, otherwise I would return it. However, this chair feels like it will last for a little while before breaking and needing to be replaced. ... show more
