I like being able to see what is in the container and the way they stack in the fridge. The rubber seal is good for leak resistant but it can be difficult to open ( remove the lid). I found that if I add a bit of olive oil on the rubber seal it is much easier to open.

I use this most for leftovers. The seal protects food from excess moisture in fridge as well as bacteria and molds. Contents are keeping really well. You can see in clearly to identify what you put in there. The hard plastic does not stain or erode when you put tomato sauce in. I use several sizes. One thing users should know. Two of my containers have begun to show cracks in the plastic. They were not dropped or damaged. The plastic is a double layer, so these boxes do not leak. Mostly the inside layer cracks, so food could get into the cracks. Clean well after use. Do not use a scratchy scrubber. I suspect vents in the lid are too small, so I microwave with the cover on loose. ... show more

1) Ambiguous Material in Ads. It should have clearly specified that what MATERIAL it is MADE of. It neither says it’s glass nor plastic. And it turned out to be PLASTIC, which would have changed my purchase decision should it have been spelled out as it is supposed to If with honesty. 2) With that being said, for the leak proof cover and the closure mechanism, I would give it credit. 3) the size appears to be smaller than expected but the plastic seems to be in good quality, which we shall see in a couple of months. 4) Light weight. If you plan to bring your lunch or carry some left over; the container is really light, so it’s an advantage I’ll give it a 4.5 star if I could. ... show more
