This is my second smart cat litter box. What I noticed with this box was that it was fully assembled inside the carton. The previous cat litter box I purchased I had to assemble myself. With this one. There's virtually nothing to do. It comes ready to go right out of the box. All you do is plug in the cord and You are basically ready to go. I definitely appreciate not having to put it together. It's also larger than My previous smart cat litter box. The size is wonderful, I have a fat cat and I know she will have no trouble using this. I also like that this one is lower to the ground where I don't need to purchase stairs for her. I needed to do that with my previous cat box because she is old and arthritic and it was difficult for her to jump inside. Not with this one, it is easy for her to enter on her own without any difficulty. It runs smoothly and it works well. There is no odor whatsoever but you need to use very good cat litter, cheap cat litter will not produce the same results no matter what kind of smart cat box you have. I use fresh step multi-cat and it works amazingly well. No one would even know we have a cat. Self-Cleaning is the only way to go, I will never go back to daily scooping again. This is also easy to add litter to as the fresh step cat litter comes in small packages. It appears to be durable and should hopefully last a long time, if it does not I will update my review. The box seems high quality and therefore good value for the money compared to others I have seen which are far more expensive. So far. I am pleased with this purchase.

It is an excellent product for many reasons. First of all the design is so flawless whichever part of the house I place it looks nice. The ambiance light is a great touch I should say. It is bigger than I expected and inside is very specious even for chunky cats. The automatic litter box is super easy to set up. Waste bin compartment has a magnetic piece that is very strong which keeps the waste bag in place. Easy to put on and easy to change. The compartment seals tight that no odor comes out. The device works quietly, unexpectedly silent. One of the most important feature absolutely there is no smell, nothing. Another very important feature is it is very safe. It has weight and motion sensors. Whenever someone or cats gets too close it stops cycling. The app is user friendly and lets you track many things like when the cat used the litter box, how long she stayed inside and even the weight of the cat. And of course waste bin reminder is very helpful. I can tell even after one week the waste bin is not even half full. For deeper cleaning detaching barrel is easy, I haven’t done it yet but I could say doing it maybe every other month will be more than enough. Definitely for such a high end product, the price is very reasonable.

I have owned several different automatic cat litter boxes and this one by far has been one of the best, especially compared to the other two I have used. The app is simple to use and what I especially like is the way they have the compartment that you put the bag in to catch the used litter. It’s on the top right and easy to get to and even with easier to put a litter catch bag on. My cats seem to like this one better also since it’s closer to the ground and also it has plenty of room inside for my full grown cats. This one has a convenient night light that you can control brightness on through the app also. If you are looking for a great automatic litter box I definitely recommend this one. It will allow big cats inside with plenty of room to move around and will make your life a little bit easier. This comes assembled and with an extra screen that catches clean litter and separates used litter. One is for pellets etc and the other that is extra is for regular litter which is what i use

So overall it is a good litter box. The pros: The litter area hold a lot of litter and the bin area also hold a lot. I liked that it came with two different “litter gates” that way the people who use clay or fine litter does have small clumps that don’t get put in the bin. It was easy to assemble and I haven’t had any major issues. It traps odor well. I know majority of odors as to do with the litter type but some boxes are the problem when the trash bin portion doesn’t trap odors. The Cons The app is really lacking, could be a lot better. It does read weight but only on the device itself while the cat is in it….so there’s no log. The app doesn’t log anything so you won’t know when they went. The level or flatten feature doesn’t level out the litter so it’s covering the silicone portion on both sides. In my opinion it’s way too close to the “litter gate” and it’s lapse sided. It would be nice if they could upgrade the app and fix the level issue with a software update. Apart from that I would say it’s of good value and durable, but I’ve only had it for about a month. I will update if I have any issues.

I've had this for a little over two weeks and am sharing to help others if they are debating on purchasing this. First, I love this. I researched these for a bit and choices were somewhat limited as my cats prefer an open top box and there aren't many on the market. I finally settled on this one and am very glad I did. Set up was extremely easy, the app is very user-friendly. I wasn't sure how the box would work with multiple cats (I have two) but it works very well. You set up your cats in the app and it can tell who has been in the box based on the weight you enter for each cat. One of my cats adapted quickly and was not an issue. The other cat, who is the one I actually purchased this for as she prefers a very clean litter box or she will pee on the bathroom rug, has only jumped in it once at this point. She's very skittish naturally and although she is very curious about it she has just started going in a different litter box. I do get alerts that she is peeking in though as the box alerts me that a cat weighing very little has been in the box. She really hasn't been in, it's her peeking in and triggering a sensor, but she looks in a few times a day so I imagine she will get in when she's ready. I love that the app is so customizable and I can get alerts, reminders, etc. The box itself is very simple to use and does a great job cleaning. You can customize how and when you want to clean, either automatically after a cat has visited or manually when you choose.

The large size fits all of them easily, setup was super quick and my cats adapted to it right away. The app control is convenient, and I haven’t had any leak issues so far. So glad I got this to cut down on daily litter scooping!
