This stove is ideal size for a small house/room. It burns well once you finally get it up and running. On high flame to burns a lot of pellets. On low it smokes more than most pellet stoves. One problem is I haven't been able to get it to work with the external thermostat. Unfortunately, the support doesn't seem to know how to make it work. Once you get the stove put together it lights well but the computer that it comes with is difficult to figure out and the company doesn't have the knowledge to support it. Owners manual does not explain operation very well. I will say they have been very helpful in sending parts and trying to troubleshoot the stove but I have not been able to get it to operate outside of the manual mode. If the stove would work as advertised it would be a great stove. I just haven't been able to get it to work well yet! ... show more

Pellet stove works great except it will not take a 40 pound bag!! More like £30. It don't mess with a kid just by the stove and get up Fresh air and outside kit separate save yourself the trouble. It doesn't come with everything you need

the pellet stove does not come with legs you have to buy them seperate another 200 dollars added to cost of stove

Excellent stove everything works great. NOW I did not buy off of Amazon I went through the actual website itself. It cleans easy sounds good quiet not loud easy to use.
