    • Great for leg extensions
This bench is easy to assemble. I bought it mainly for leg extensions and hamstring curls and haven't had any issues with either. For reference, I'm 5'9". If you're over 6' the leg extension may be difficult. If you load more than 70 lbs or so in front it may tip forward, I store 50 lbs 2" dumbbells completely No problem, it also holds two forms of dumbbells, but that's easily accomplished by placing a plate or two on the back leg.
