REALLY glad that I took a chance & ordered up this bench!! Great materials & really well constructed. Looks like there's a lot but I promise it's minimal assembly (there are four bolts - not tough & they provided you with all the tools needed - you can handle it). Worried as I was about the bench's operation with dual removable pins, this bench is made well and VERY stable!! Love the saw-tooth quick adjustment notches for the rear back support bar. Simply lift and shift to change from flat to incline to straight sitting up 90 degrees to decline to back to flat again. Strong and stable support no matter which position of exercise I threw at it. Zero wobbling! Back, seat and head cushions are strong & supportive. And the foam leg pads are comfortable as well. No digging into your legs with decline sit-ups! Folds up into a very small footprint (almost less than my foam roller) and the removable pins both store back into their original holes even when folded up. So no worries about those pieces wondering off. Excellent little find!! Great addition to our home gym!

The bench has been great for at home ab/core workouts and dumbbell sets. Quite an upgrade from using the floor and a chair. It's sturdy with 350 lbs on it so the 800 lbs rating is probably accurate although I would get a heavier duty bench if I needed to support over 500 lbs. The 11.6" width is comfortable and stable when doing things like the dumbbell bench press so the size and padding seems about right. I'm 5'6" and the leg holder is in the right spot for sit-ups. If you're really tall or short, you probably want to get one that adjusts. For most people it should be fine. It folds away pretty easy after you pull the 2 pins. The folded up width is 8 inches so it easily tucks away in a closet or under a bed. Overall, it's a good entry-level/mid-grade at home workout bench and the price is reasonable.

The seat is about 11.25" wide, so unless you're tiny, you will hang off the sides quite a bit. That's not great for stabilization. It will work, but I wouldn't purchase it again. It is what I would call a lighter duty bench and I wouldn't trust it with huge amounts of weight. But, if you're just lifting free weights and want to have something to sit on, it will work for that.

This is a perfect bench for a home gym - it is lightweight but sturdy and the cushioning on it is well made, comfortable but firm. It folds up and is easy to set up, adjust, and pack up - I keep it against the wall in the gym area of my walkup basement to save on space but pull it up and adjust to the exercise in less than a minute. I have used it with dumbbells for a variety of different free weigh exercises and as a bench press - it works well. Very pleased and a great addition to my treadmill, Stairmaster and small number of weights - perfect for days when I can't make it to the gym.

I am generally skeptical of work benches and items ordered online since I cant touch them or feel their quality. But this one seems well built. The vinyl bench seems to be made of a durable thickness. The assembly was straight forward, it included all the tools. Will update if anything changes over the years
