I had several criteria that a treadmill needed to meet, and finding one that ticked ALL of the boxes was almost impossible, this treadmill was LITERALLY the only one that has: Auto incline A wide enough running belt Folded flat AND fit beneath my bed frame (sub 10") Quick adjustments to fold and un-fold flat. I found plenty of treadmills that ticked some of these boxes, but none that met all of my needs. I was even willing to spend more money if I had to, but treadmills like this just don't exist at any pricepoint. So happy that after 4 days of research I finally found this treadmill. On paper it sounded too good to be true, but in practice, it really is every bit as good and even exceeds expectations. Working some cardio into my life is a new thing, but this treadmill has made it fun and easy to get into. The bluetooth connectivity is great! The app that they send you to with the QR code on the machine works great, but it wasn't working well with my heart monitor (disconnects every time you minimize or close the app), so I found a couple of other apps that together accomplish everything I want: QZ Fitness and Strava! QZ tracks everything and works great with your basic heart rate monitor, and it auto exports your data to Strava which makes it easy to track my progress. The treadmill is sturdy, and smooth. The elevation goes all the way up to 20% which is more than I will likely ever use. I really like how the elevation resets down to 0 after you stop the machine. This treadmill is definitely sturdy! It was easy to assemble! After getting it out of the box, there are only 6 steps until you are ready to walk or run! It fits perfectly in the area I wanted. If needed, it folds down within a few steps.

The media could not be loaded. I am surprised with the build quality, the size is not huge just enough for a 5’7” 200lbs like me and its absolutely solid, I can run normally and not worried about the deck space. I connect with my phone and enjoyed lots of programs from an app - the app is free! the machine will incline or adjust speed according to your chosen program from your phone. The only thing I dont like is that the deck has no soft touch but overall its been great just wear cushioned shoes. Simple and quick to use, easy to assemble and can be moved around. Sleek design, not alien spaceship shape like others. Hope this machine will last a year! ... show more

Pros: quiet, fast, decently steady, folds up fantastic to get out of the way. Cons: arms with sensors are too narrow... I have wide shoulders and my hands\watch keeps banging into the arms. I have much wider shoulders than most I imagine, so may not be a problem for everyone. Perhaps I mod this machine, or cut off the arms entirely. Edit: I disconnected the HR reader wires and wound them up in the main console housing for safekeeping, and cut the arms off right after the hinge that tightens the panel in place. Now I have plenty of room to walk and run without bonking my hands on the dang arms. Works pretty decent now. ... show more

I was looking for a foldable treadmill that's durable with incline and a larger belt and this one is perfect!! Set up was quick and easy, but when I pushed the on button it didn't power up. I contacted customer service and they responded right away with instructions on what to check and how. One of the wires had come loose, but all I had to do was push it back in. The treadmill is great quality with a sturdy base, many features, and the belt size is perfect for walking, jogging, and running. ... show more

first impression: very nice looking, extremely easy to set up. i've used it every day for 2 weeks and am loving it so far. its is incredibly quiet and sturdy. i really like the control dial and display. my wife likes the fact she can put her laptop right in front of her. i feel like this machine is well worth the money spent and is going to last a long time. my previous 2 treadmills were half the price (ancheer) but they didn't last very long-- 2 treadmills in 3.5 years-- and i had nothing but problems with them. the BORGUSI build quality was clearly apparent after the first 2 minutes of use. feels like treadmill heaven! will follow up in six months. as usual, amazon made it easy to get and the fedex driver even helped me get it in the house. ... show more

Wow! Wow! Wow! I think I love the customer service more than the treadmill. I had some issues with set up. One of the knobs was warped and I could t get it to tighten the arm holding the control console. I reached out. The team responded IMMEDIATELY. They mailed me a new knob. Sent videos to make sure I could fix my issues with clarity. I mean above and beyond. The treadmill is great. Works well. I love the speed and range of incline. Wish it had a bit more bounce to it. It doesn’t feel like I’m having a cushioned run. But I love the fold away design. So easy to put away when not in use. So far so good!! ... show more
