  • It is a quality machine with some very nice convenient features.
Style: CTM5417
I had several criteria that a treadmill needed to meet, and finding one that ticked ALL of the boxes was almost impossible, this treadmill was LITERALLY the only one that has: Auto incline A wide enough running belt Folded flat AND fit beneath my bed frame (sub 10") Quick adjustments to fold and un-fold flat. I found plenty of treadmills that ticked some of these boxes, but none that met all of my needs. I was even willing to spend more money if I had to, but treadmills like this just don't exist at any pricepoint. So happy that after 4 days of research I finally found this treadmill. On paper it sounded too good to be true, but in practice, it really is every bit as good and even exceeds expectations. Working some cardio into my life is a new thing, but this treadmill has made it fun and easy to get into. The bluetooth connectivity is great! The app that they send you to with the QR code on the machine works great, but it wasn't working well with my heart monitor (disconnects every time you minimize or close the app), so I found a couple of other apps that together accomplish everything I want: QZ Fitness and Strava! QZ tracks everything and works great with your basic heart rate monitor, and it auto exports your data to Strava which makes it easy to track my progress. The treadmill is sturdy, and smooth. The elevation goes all the way up to 20% which is more than I will likely ever use. I really like how the elevation resets down to 0 after you stop the machine. Zero complaints here, I am one happy customer! ... show more

  • Amazing investment!
Style: CTM5417
The best investment in my life!!!! It’s very good for me and the speed limit is amazing! Good quality. I’ve already lost weight!!! Yay! Barely any assembly. Noise level is low. Adjustability very easygoing. Stability 9-10. For Portability is very good, it has wheels on the bottom, the only things is you gotta strong to carry it where u want. Worth the motor. I’d buy again. ... show more

  • Solid, Reliable, Worth It
Style: CTM5417
What I really love about this treadmill is the incline function — it's smooth and really useful. The two external Bluetooth apps work great too. Fast connection, easy to use. I saw a lot of reviews saying the treadmill looked fine after assembly but made noise when starting up. I have to admit, I was a little worried at first. But after using it multiple times, I can say that worry was completely unnecessary. The noise only happens right when you turn it on. I asked the seller, and they explained that it's just the treadmill belt joint being stiff when it hasn't moved yet. After a couple minutes of running, the belt softens up and the noise goes away on its own. No issue at all. Overall, this treadmill is solid, well-built, and a joy to use. Definitely worth the money. ... show more

  • Good treadmill but only reaches 10mph.
Style: CTM5417
Treadmill works well. The fitness app works well to control the speed and incline. It does require you to connect each time you use, but that is an app problem, not really an issue with the treadmill. This is pretty quiet and matches the db rating. I put tape on the belt, measure the length, and measured revolutions/s with a stopwatch to calculate mph. The speed is NOT 12mph. The speeds 1-9 are accurate at 1mph-9mph, but speed 10 is 9.3mph, speed 11 is 9.6mph, and speed 12 is 10mph(not the stated 12mph). So I removed a star on this review. The cushioned bed or whatever they advertised is a little misleading. The running bed is hard. If you are expecting some spring suspension bed, this isn't it. Not a big deal. It's about the same as running outside. The controls are a big goofy. I like the treadmills that just have a number each speed, but this one only has 3, 6, 9mph. The wheel or up/down arrows are hard to adjust while running. I just use the app and program sprints/walks. The stand wobbles pretty bad if you are on carpet when running. I added some 3d printed 3" diameter feet under the tiny rubber feet in front and now it's fine. Probably not an issue on a hard surface. Stand is nice that it doesn't cover up the speed controls like other treadmill designs. Would be nice if they added a USB port by the stand to keep a tablet charged. ... show more

  • Fantastic treadmill for a beginner like myself.
Style: CTM5417
First of all, delivery was fast, which was greatly appreciated. I even received a phone call from the company letting me know that it was on the way and leaving a number for me to call with any questions or concerns. Already off to a great start. The treadmill was extremely easy to set up, though I wouldn't recommend most people do it alone like I did, it would have been much easier with a second person. That wasn't an option for me so it took longer than usual but I got it done. This is my first treadmill so as I don't have anything to compare it to but for my beginner needs, it is perfect. I recently got the OK from a cardiologist to start an exercise program, but I live in the South so going outside isn't an option. The app is great, I'm able to program in duration, speed, and incline and it is quite easy to set up interval training with this app. You do have to pay monthly if you want to save more than one pre-programmed session but it is very affordable. I had to adjust the belt initially but that was extremely easy to do and I've had no issues since then. It squeaks periodically but it came with lubricant so if the squeaking becomes more frequent, I'll take care of it at that time. The size of the walking pad is fantastic, and one of the main reasons that I ended up picking this over many others that I checked out. I'm a slightly taller-than-average female with a longer stride and I have no worries at all about not having enough room on the belt. The foldability is easy even for me to do alone. At first I was highly skeptical of the safety key, thinking that I would never need it...until the day that I accidentally bumped the dial with my hand as I was reaching for my phone and the speed suddenly shot up. I would have fallen off if I hadn't remember the safety key and yanked it out just in time. Lesson learned! Overall I am extremely pleased with this treadmill and highly recommend it to others. ... show more

  • Customer support was helpful and polite, but...
Style: CTM5417
Received this unit 1 week ago. Setup was easy. Other than minor adjustments to the belt to keep it centered, it seemed fine. I'm a bit spoiled, my previous unit was twice as expensive and it was a beast for 7 years. But even with a more powerful 4.0hp motor rating, this unit struggles, particularly at low speeds. As expected...again, half the cost. Much less momentum with much smaller rollers and less weight on the motor (no real flywheel). But this morning, started it up. Belt started to move, I was standing on the sides waiting for it to get to speed, and it threw an E08 error. Powered off and back on. Counts down and throws an E08. No support contact info in the manual, but I found what I believe to be their website online. I've reached out and will report back re: customer service. Update: There is no support number or email address in the manual. In fact, the manual doesn't even state the companies name! I had to hunt search for a web page that seems to be the company. But the support request form doesn't seem to do anything. And the email address is a Gmail address. No replies from seller contact on the website. Hopefully something better to post soon so I don't have to find a way to return it. Update: I received a contact from the seller after a short while. I was asked to take the cover off and check for loose connections. I did so and found none. As a result, a new control board was shipped. It was an effort replacing the board, obviously the connections were not meant to come loose. I have worked a a copier and PC repairman and worked with machines and electronics much of my life and this was a chore. After cutting away the hot glue and using a screwdriver as a pry bar for connectors, I was able to remove the old board. Installing the new one was easier...I took pictures to make sure the cables went back as they should. After re-assembly, the unit is working again. They've offered some compensation for my time and efforts. That said, I struggle to give this machine more than 3 stars. If it keeps working, I probably got the machine I paid for...it was inexpensive. But given the choice, I would suggest spending the money for a better unit. Especially if you're over 250lbs. But returning and replacing a treadmill is a LOT of work. So I'll just use this till it dies. Will try to update some months later...maybe I can be convinced this is better than I expect, and the pain from doing my own repair will have faded. Update: The machine is running fine no problems have come up since the repair. However, I never received any promised compensation for my troubles. I expect it's based on my giving them a good review, not because of the extra effort involved. I'll be perfectly honest: I could care less about the compensation. But if you're trying to buy a better review from me, sorry. I cannot say how many other reviews are based on 'compensation'. The product is a star better than before, but the support lost it. So this machine retains a 3 star review. ... show more

  • Unresolved Issue/No customer service
Style: CTM5417
Update 07/24/25 I tried multiple ways (Amazon and the Borgusi website) to open a support request for the loud squealing noise coming from the treadmill deck, which is now happening frequently and at all incline levels (despite being very careful with the machine). No response via phone or email. My review will remain at 1 star until the company takes ownership of the problem. Update 07/02/25 I used the treadmill for my first proper workout today. It worked great, but I was unable to set the incline above level 15 or so while walking at speed level 3 without a squealing noise coming from the treadmill deck. I suspect my weight (250 lbs) is too much for the motor. I hate to do it, but I'll need to knock off a star. It's supposed to have a 400 lb capacity. Original review Surprisingly easy to set up and working great so far. No missing parts, and they include all the tools you'll need. Might need a friend to help you lift it out of the box. If you have any trouble screwing in the L-shaped knobs, don't force them. Try swapping them. Also helps to push down firmly on the control console to align the screw holes. Looking at the specs and some other reviews, I worried unnecessarily over whether my residential power outlet would be sufficient. It powered up with no problem. No errors. I'm in the US, and the power sticker on my machine reads "110V 50Hz/60Hz." Most important thing is to be sure your outlet is properly grounded. I used a little $5 outlet tester that I purchased separately. I tested all 20 incline and 12 speed levels. I'm 6'2" and about 250lb, so I needed a sturdy machine. It did not disappoint. The handles were easy enough to grip while running, but they're hard/smooth plastic. They could be improved with a slightly more rounded/rubber/grippy design. I'll probably wrap them with a different grip at some point. The console is roughly 3ft above the treadmill deck. The controls are very friendly with preset 3/6/9 touch keys and up down arrows on the left and right for incline and speed and a main LED dial that displays speed, time, distance, calories, heart rate, and incline and performs functions like start/pause/stop. It also has the typical safety cord/switch that stops the machine when pulled out. The built-in heart rate monitor works great. The sensors are on top of the handles. The Bluetooth speakers sound great, and you control the volume with your device. Only slight issue is the speakers paired as soon as I selected them. No security code. Makes it easy, but less secure. The manual was easy to follow and includes safety/grounding info, tech specs, illustrated assembly and folding instructions, operation guide, maintenance guide, troubleshooting guide with error code chart, exploded parts diagram, and parts list. I'll try to update this review later on if I encounter any surprises. So far so good. Would recommend. ... show more

  • Easy to install and of very good quality. Easy to install and of very good quality.
Style: CTM5417
I’ve had the treadmill for two weeks now, and I’ve used it about eight times. I really love it! My husband helped me install it, and it only took him a few minutes. The treadmill comes with all the necessary screws and parts. The running belt is very wide, so it’s less likely to shift to the sides during use – it’s much better than the narrower running belt I had before. There’s also a stand at the front where you can place your phone or iPad, so you can watch TV or run videos while exercising. The frame is made of wood, which is very sturdy; it’s definitely a good value for the money. I highly recommend buying this treadmill. ... show more
