Worked great at first - sturdy, lots of heat. Then just outside of the return window, the on/off switch broke, stayed in "on". Ok fine, I started unplugging it from the wall when I needed to turn it off. Two days later, the output started fluctuating, heater coil will get grey and stop putting out heat, then warm back up but not all the way. Now I'm stuck buying a different heater. Note there is no product support for this heater if you go through your Amazon order details and you are outside the return window.

Got this electric heater to go in our gazebo and save us from having to use so much propane. The heat output is great and I love the oscillation feature. Have been using this on the cold mornings watching the sunrise drinking my coffee and have been very warm. So easy just plug in and turn on and you are good to go.

We bought this hoping it would help keep us warm on our deck on chilly nights but unless it was on top of us we didn’t feel warm at all from it. Only buy this if using in enclosed area.

Claims to heat 250 sqft and can’t even heat half of that. This is made for a couple sitting right next to the heater to stay warm, not for a patio spreading heat. The design is nice, very simple and light but can’t handle heating up a very small space. Will be returning.
