I was told that that hose had been discontinued but was offered a comparable replacement hose for no charge. I am very happy with the company and their excellent customer support. I have tried several types of hoses that would be easier for a 70 yr old arthritic type to use. This one is great. Worth the cost to me. So light weight. Hasn't kinked so far either. Would buy another immediately when this one wears out. To help mine last, i do hold it up as i put it away to drain the water out a bit and then drop it in a plastic box with lid. Afraid little critters would nibble on my cloth hose if i left it exposed.

I ordered the 75 foot Flexi Hose from Amazon on 4/29/2024 and it was delivered on 5/1/2024. Pros: I liked the that the hose was lightweight. Cons: 1 - I didn’t like that you can’t used the hose at full length without turning on the water and filling the hose. 2 - When using the hose with a sprinkler, the water pressure is very low 3 - the hose is very fragile On 7/1/2024 the hose failed, lost all pressure and began leaking. I contacted Flexi Hose on 7/1/2024 via their website. There is no phone number to call. I received a standard email that said they received my message and would be in contact asap. As of 7/16, I have heard nothing. The lifetime warranty is useless since they don’t respond to customer complaints. I would like my money back. Total purchase price with tax was $80.84.

Love this hose! No kinks, light weight, far reaching- no more fighting the hose, twisting it, undoing kinks. Just love it! The first day I used it with my long wand instead of the nozzle it came with. Not a good idea as the water pressure was very low with the wand. The second day I used it with the nozzle it came with and the water pressure was perfect. Watering my plants has just gotten easier and more fun! Worth every penny! Great purchase. Definitely recommend. Hose arrived within 2 days, well packaged.

This is the third Flexi hose that I’ve purchased and so far they’ve all held up and work as described. The spray attachment is plastic and feels a bit flimsy but they’re still working. It’s not underside but it doesn’t break the bank and beats dealing with clumsy rubber hoses.

I’ve bought 3 of these over the last 5 years and none of these last very long! Great idea but in reality the inner hose is very very this material and burst rather easily!! These should be half the price and that would still be too much. Works great till it blows apart so be ready for it. I’ve repaired one and that was a real patience testing project! I’m trying to see if the company will replace it with the 100% replacement warranty! I’ll let you know if that happens and how long it took!
