I was hoping to find an antique chandelier for my home but those are way out of my price range for the size I am looking for. I customized some of the details about this chandelier to make it fit more into the aesthetic I was going for. I did not use all of the crystals and I hung them in my own pattern. There is a chrome disc that acts as a washer underneath the bottom dome where the wiring is hidden and I did not keep that on. The candlesticks come in chrome so I altered those to look like melting candlesticks by dripping layers of e6000 glue and then spray painting them satin white. The assembly isn’t hard, just time consuming and it is best to put things together in a specific order. The arms, the wiring, then the glass cups then after it is installed and you make sure the wiring is done right, then hang your crystals. Each arm is fed through a metal plate and they are secured by washers and bolts. Each arm is wired and the wiring hangs down within the bottom dome. All the L wires are to be connected together and connect to the main L and the others connect together and connect to the other wire. Since there are so many wires, it’s best to bunch them all together with duct tape or electrical tape making sure all the ends are showing at the same length so you can twist them all together and they should meet. Overall it is tedious work but worth it for such a statement piece. When we built our house we picked out most of our fixtures and left the formal dining out of it because the glass/crystal chandeliers were in the thousands of dollars. ... show more

My husband and I assembled this chandelier. It wasn't too difficult, maybe took 3 hours. We had an electrician install and he said it was easy. It's an absolutely stunning chandelier and it makes a WOW statement. The company had to ship us a piece that arrived broken. They were super easy to communicate with and they shipped the replacement piece fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chandelier!!! ... show more

No doubt this is a beautiful chandelier. Be ready to spend the money to install by a professional and to buy the light bulbs. And you want to be sure that your space is tall and large enough for this size of 18 lights. I think I could have gone with a smaller one like 12 lights in my 9 ft. kitchen so I unhung some of the crystals. But overall, it is a nice light, and the price is reasonable. ... show more

One candle lamp inside line cut before, I have to ask Electrican to repaired it. Assemble the crystal parts and decorate them took me 3.5 hours. Looks beautiful, but challenge.
