I won't set foot in a gym any more, too risky. So I've been trying to equip a home gym and recover some fitness, and this was the missing element. I don't have a lot of space, and didn't want to spend a lot without knowing what it could do for me. Answer, it does everything I need, and it's easy to fold up and stow, except that I use it several times a day so I never put it away. It's become the centerpiece of my living space. The multiple positions of the seat and backrest create many options For example it's possible to find a starting point for sit ups that supports the lower back and can gradually get more challenging as the backrest gets closer to horizontal. That's just one example of what this bench can do. It's beautifully made, welds look great and it all goes together quickly and easily, sits solid and steady on the floor. The assembly instructions are a bit lacking, but with the photos, it's pretty easy to figure it out. There's a separate pin to stow the metal strap which then is used to secure the bench when folded up. And it does fold up very small, and weighs around 20 pounds so it's easy to move into a closet or under the bed. It really could not be better, at this price. Almost forgot to mention the bonus ab roller, which is a really sweet addition. A minute to assemble, a lifetime to perfect the movement. It's durable and functional. My old weight bench is wobbly, rusting, and not comfortable. This was a much needed upgrade. It is constructed very well with heavy gauge metal, nicely painted, no burrs, no wobbles, easy to raise / lower, and adjustable where needed. The foot cushions have several settings to raise/lower as does the back. And the entire unit can be folded up and stored under a bed or in a closet which is great to free up space. The leather is comfortable and it looks sweet. The ab roller was a nice bonus. It is also well constructed and my daughter loves to use it. It comes with a mat for your knees so you don't slide. Very happy with this product and it gets a well deserved 5 star rating! ... show more

Sure, I'd love a $500 top end Rogue incline bench, but my garage gym doesn't have the budget for that. So with some hesitation I decided to give this one a try. I have admit I'm surprised by it. It's not as heavy duty as I'd like, but it's a solid incline bench. The bench pad feels more firm than I expected, and I love all the different incline angles that can be done. It feels steady and secure when I do some dumbbell presses off of it. Could the pads be a little wider? Sure, but it's an incline bench. I have a flat bench with a wide pad when I'm going heavier. It just isn't necessary for an incline press. And honestly, the pads are wide enough that I don't feel like I'm wavering side to side on them. I thought that might be an issue, but it's not. I'm giving the 4/5 stars based upon the quality it presents in its price range. It's a good bench. Having it means I'm not in a hurry to go out and spend hundreds if I don't need to. I'm not pressing hundreds of pounds so high-end not super important. Why didn't I give it 5 stars? It's because of the bottom seat adjustment. The back slides up into notches. Three seconds and you're set. The bottom requires you to pull out a pin, line a bracket with holes up and then re-insert the pin. A small design change and the bottom's angle could easily adjust like the back. It's minor, but it what it is. Overall, it's a good bench. ... show more

    • Impressive weight limit for the price.
I'm a big guy so I typically need a more heavy duty/commercial bench. That being said it's not easy to find for a budget price but this item is ridiculously cheap for what it offers. First thing I did was check the weight/sturdiness of the bench and I can tell you it felt pretty reliable at 650lbs. That in itself makes this a great value but it also comes with an ab wheel and foot holders not to mention the bench inclines AND declines. Also the seat can be adjusted. The color was nice and the material and stitching seem premium. My one semi-issue is that this bench seems narrow if there is alot of weight on this thing you better be able to keep it balanced because I can see potential for accidents. BE MINDFUL OF THE WIDTH MEASUREMENT GIVEN. Outside of that i think the value is excellent. ... show more

This bench is the greatest! It comes assembled, so there's not a lot to do putting it together. It folds nicely, and stores really well. It is very sturdy, and the cushioning is firm and durable. This bench will be around for a long time. It allows for sitting up straight to lying with a slight negative incline to give you a better work out. Moving the upper body section is very easy, When I'm done, I can slip it under the same cover I use for my captains chair. It's not too heavy, so I can easily move it, and if I want to, I can fold it up and store it flat. It is such a great addition to my home gym, and very much worth the price. This weight bench is just what I needed for the small area I have to work out at home. It's adjustable, foldable and light enough to move around. It's still stable and heavy enough that it doesn't move or tip while using dumbells. It has one pin for folding and storage and a second pin for the seat angle adjustment. The seat back works on a hinge and has 9 positions, but doesn't lock in. The seat and removable footrest both have four positions. Unless I gain a lot of weight, I'll never get close to the 900 lb capacity. The pads are comfortable and non-slip. It's a great addition to my gym. Bonus wide wheel ab roller. ... show more
