    • Update: I got it installed with very small to no leaks

I can’t get this to stop leaking between the arm and shower head attachment no matter what I do. Going to try to send it back. Been trying to install all morning. No many times I try, water still drips from the arm. Update: I started over and tried installing with no Teflon tape which did not work for me. I ended up using thicker Teflon that I already had and that seemed to do the trick. I used an 8mm adjustable wrench with a microfiber cloth to tighten, however I do find the the connector from the shower head really hard to grip since it’s mostly round with very slight “flat” spots to grip to. The water pressure is great and my hair and skin feel nice after using. I am happy with the product and would recommend. I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else has the same issue. One thing that I really like is that it’s all one piece. I am switching from one of those shower heads that also has a handheld attachment and I found that to be really annoying. I also love how easy it is to change the filter. The one that came on my old shower head seems almost impossible to open. ... show more

I have been on well water for 22 years and never had a filter before. I’ve used clarifying shampoo to get some of the crap out of my hair, but as someone pointed out to me, I was then rinsing with the same water. Decided to get this shower head and the first time I used it, I felt such a difference. Like rain water but with more pressure. I paid over $100 for my last shower head. It was nice. Really nice. But not perfect. And it got gross after about 2 years. This time I decided to try an inexpensive.
