We have hard water and have been having problems with our well, so I wanted a shower head with a really good filter. It was so easy to install and I immediately felt a difference. The water felt so soft coming out. Not soft in low pressure, the pressure is great. The water just feels so much cleaner. The only minor complaint is that you have to take it apart to see if the filter needs changed. A few others I've seen had a clear handle so it was easy to tell. I absolutely love this shower head. I have a walk-in shower/tub and I needed a filter for it. I couldn't attach a typical filter so I found one with the filter in the handle. It's the absolute best filter I've ever had! It makes the water so soft and it takes that chemical smell from it as well. I have seen the difference in my hair and skin compared to my old shower filter. I waited to review it so that I had time to tell the difference. And after 3 months, I can say that this filter is much better than the others I've had in the past. My hair is softer with less frizz (I have 3C/4A hair if that's important for you to know to judge the review) and my skin's glowing like crazy. I've never had severe issues with my skin but it's got that glass look now. I haven't changed my routine. I just started washing my face in the shower with the filtered water instead of the sink without filtered water. I just wish it had a wider variety of spray patterns. But they 3 it does have are amazing so no complaints there. If you're looking to replace your filter, get this!!! You won't regret it. ... show more

I can’t get this to stop leaking between the arm and shower head attachment no matter what I do. Going to try to send it back. Been trying to install all morning. No many times I try, water still drips from the arm. Update: I started over and tried installing with no Teflon tape which did not work for me. I ended up using thicker Teflon that I already had and that seemed to do the trick. I used an 8mm adjustable wrench with a microfiber cloth to tighten, however I do find the the connector from the shower head really hard to grip since it’s mostly round with very slight “flat” spots to grip to. The water pressure is great and my hair and skin feel nice after using. I am happy with the product and would recommend. I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else has the same issue. One thing that I really like is that it’s all one piece. I am switching from one of those shower heads that also has a handheld attachment and I found that to be really annoying. I also love how easy it is to change the filter. The one that came on my old shower head seems almost impossible to open. ... show more

I am so glad that I made this purchase. I replaced a different filtering shower head in my bathroom with this and then loved it so much that I bought one for my kids' bathroom. The price is great for the quality. The 3 spray choices all high nice pressure without being painful. I have thick, long hair and the spray rinses it out very well. The installation is super quick and didn't require me to use any tools at all. I was able to change the shower heads over in under 5 minutes. There is no leaking from any connections. Did not even require the use of any of the plumber's tape that is included. It's great that you can purchase replacement filter cartridges for this. The filtering system is top notch. It arrived the same day I ordered it and I was able to install it in 5 minutes. The difference of having a filtered shower head was evident after my first use. My skin was actually soft, not like an alligator. The best review came from my husband, who became irate that I had replaced HIS perfect shower head. He likes a good high pressured shower. I told him that if he didn’t like it, I would put the old one back on. After his first shower, I asked him if he liked it. His response was, “I guess so. I bought this shower head in Nov 2022. Purchased 2 replacement filters in July 2023. I noticed rust on our shower floor which means time to replace the filter. These work!

The hose rusts, and I got a skin infection after a few months of using it. I cannot say it was the material alone to cause this problem, but if the outside metsl rusted, its hard believe the insides are holding up well. I cannot recommend this product.
