I had this item since 6th of April. I wanted to give it a fair shot, so I used it to clean my bathroom. I have little boys and we all know what that means. Yes, they pee everywhere. In the past, it used to take hours to clean my bathroom. I have used swiffer, I have used the wet jets but nothing and I mean nothing got rid of that smell (y’all know what I’m talking about) like steam cleaning does. It’s a pressure cleaner handheld with the floor attachment, and it also blew out the carpet lint and whatever else that gets underneath the baseboards. There are before, and after pictures of the gross content that came out of my baseboards out of the cracks in my tile underneath my toilet of urine. Also, I have glass shower doors which this thing cleaned all the soap scum off and sanitized the bottom of my tub. Also cleaned my toilet and my sink also has a handheld squeegee, to clean the mirror. It comes with the base itself it heats right up. It may be took one to two minutes. But all in all, I will not be sending this one back. I have been with Amazon for years and of all the other five pressure hand steamersthat I have purchased. I have sent them all back except this one. Unbelievable I have a white bathroom and I want to keep it that way. And yes, before anyone says anything I get it why is not the right color but for me it is. I think I find a little bit challenging for me is how to store it. I store it in the box that it came in, but I really wish it had a little carrier case. Five stars.

I am honestly so impressed with this steam mop! It heats up quickly and makes cleaning my floors way easier than dragging out a regular mop and bucket. The detachable handheld steamer is a total game-changer—I’ve used it on my bathroom grout, windows, and even the stove top, and it works great. I love that it comes with so many attachments, so I don’t feel like I need a bunch of separate cleaning tools anymore. The mop pads are easy to wash and reuse, which saves money too. Okay, so I finally caved and got myself a steam mop, and honestly, I'm pretty impressed! This thing has changed my cleaning game completely, especially for the kitchen and bathroom floors. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it would be a lot of hype, but it's actually super easy to use. You just fill it with water, wait a few seconds, and then start mopping; no harsh chemicals needed which is fantastic. The floors feel incredibly clean and shiny after, and the steam does a great job of loosening up grime and dirt. I've even noticed my allergies are better because it helps eliminate dust mites and other allergens. Cleaning is now so much more tolerable. I would totally recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Loads of steam! This thing is awesome. Makes a huge amount of steam, very quickly. Takes around 30-60 seconds to warm up. It’s advertised as a mop but it has so many attachments to turn it into a regular steam cleaner for around the house, clothing, etc. very lightweight and easy to carry. Honestly haven’t found anything I don’t like yet. Even the kids have been having fun with it, I let them clean an old fridge we got off swap that was in rough shape and it did an amazing job getting the greasy stuck on gunk out!
