This product does accomplish what it is made for. The points on the product is a soft firm but gentle enough to use on the head. It is easy to handle and grip when dry or wet. The size is the average size of these head massagers. I have dropped it like 4x in the shower but still has held on tight, no dents or scraps or anything negative.

feels very nice and cleans your scalp but be careful because after having it for a while, mold started to grow. This could be because I had it in a basket under the shower head but just be aware.
