I was looking for a bag I could use as a purse and also as a bag to store clothes when I change for work every day so I wouldn’t have to carry 2 separate bags. I bought the medium size but wish I would’ve gotten the large size as I can’t really fit clothing in the medium size beyond a tshirt and shorts or leggings. The medium size is great for everyday use like a purse but I’m giving it a 4/5 instead of 5/5 because it doesn’t have internal pockets so it’s just a big open space for all of your belongings. It does have one very small zipper pocket inside that barely fits my small wallet so I wish that was bigger. The color was exactly as pictured and so far the material has held up. Sometimes faux leather seems to peel after a while but I haven’t noticed this happening. ... show more

I purchased the large size, tan backpack, and used it daily as my purse for 18 months. For about 2-3 of those months I probably carried a different purse, but kept going back to this one. It's huge for a purse, but sometimes that's really nice. Often, I find that I have to remove stuff from my purse before it's full- because I end up carrying too much extra stuff, add the bag becomes heavy- but it's still got space for more items. You know how it goes with a large purse! After 18 months of use, one small pea sized spot of the pleather has peeled off- right in the center of the small front pocket. I decided to replace it. Since the large size had extra space, and I tended to collect extra stuff/weight because it has that space, this time I ordered the medium size, in red. It's even better! I have put all of my usually every day items inside. There is still plenty of room in the main compartment to add more things when I want to carry more (like snacks, kindle, socks, and an small knitting project). I'll add that for the first month of use, I kind of hated how it felt to access the main compartment through the concealed back side. But I soon got used to it, and while I don't like having to take it off my back to open it up, I do prefer how easily it allows access once open, and I really love how it prevents someone from "picking my pocket" in the main compartment. I've also ordered the medium size, in black, in the nylon fabric (another, separate listing) because it's just the perfect everyday purse for me. Also, there's a kind of stinky smell inside at first, but it dissipates rapidly within the first few weeks of use. I am very sensitive to that kind of thing, but this doesn't bug me, because it fades fast enough. ... show more

This probably is the best purse SO FAR that I have owned!!! It looks nice and is secure. AND I LOVE the access on the inside of the back. I don't have to go rooting around endlessly for things. I can keep my journal and a couple of other small books/journals/ sketchbooks in it Along with my pencils. I purchased a couple of clear zipper bags to keep my small items in there. One for random bits and another more for my makeup/pill supplies. My Wallet (which is not small) fits comfortably. I am not struggling to shove anything in there. AND there is room to spare for a random item.. like my Diabetes kit or something else . I only got the Medium. not the Large.. but I may later buy the Large JUSt to have that for overnights or something. I have ADHD and I like that this purse is not DEEP... I can get to everything in my purse easily and see where things are. (get the clear zippered pouches it helps!!!) I HIGHLY recommend this bag.
