I bought this in January 2026 and it is middle March 26 it does not have a long term warranty on it so it was up in February so you get like a month and a half for returning it and I missed that window and it has started to malfunction. I’ve had to stop it from being on Auto and I now have to scoop it manually. I have to push the manual button to scoop it, and then it still gets stuck halfway through and I have to unplug it and then plug it back in for it to reset so that It can finish the cycle of scooping so just a heads up it was all good and gravy at first, and then now it has become an issue would I buy this again ? absolutely not keep shopping. Save yourself money. And I just have one cat that was using it.

I Luv this Litter box. Very big in size and my Cat luvs it! Bought this one to replace my old one cuz My cat was out growing it. Very Quite and works effortlessly. It comes apart easy for cleaning too. Bigger in size for Maine Coons. Would highly Recommend purchasing this litter box.

If you have big cats, mine are Maine Coons, this is the best purchase. It doesn't have a fancy app, but it's simple to use, the function controls are in full view and it's roomy. The boys had been using a top open box anyway, so it works well. The first one I bought they barely used, it was wobbly, and cramped for them. No noise at all. I locked it in place until they got used to it, but they use it regularly.

I was happy with the unit, the cats adapted quickly to it and I intended to buy two more - but as with the numerous 1-star reviews - autoscooping stopped working, during the manual scoop cycle it would stall and just hang up and I had to press the reset button multiple times to get it finish the scoop cycle and because it was not autoscooping, the litter turned into a pasty mess and clogged the screen and was a disgusting nightmare to clean. A huge disappointment. But shame on me - I should have paid a lot more attention to 1-star reviews. Waste of money - I do not recommend at all.

Excellent choice for the price. Works perfectly. I love the safety feature of pausing as my kitten is curious and likes to swat at the box as it empties. Its quiet when operating. I have been using this for about a month and have saved money on liter already. I have also noticed a decrease in smell and love that i don't have to scoop poo anymore. Highly recommend!
