Updated - 10/10/23 - The seller refunded half of my purchase of the heating pad. Ans since my wife's heating pad is still working, I changed my rating to 4 stars. This was a good product. We bought 2 of them at the same time. My wife's heating pad is still working but mine is flashing the #3. It's been 6 months. I contacted the seller. Sep 22, 2023 11:53 PM My heating pad is flashing the number 3. I've tried unplugging everything but that doesn't help. It's only 5 or 6 months old. Would you be able to help me with this issue? I was told by the seller: Dear buyer, if this problem occurs, it may be that your long-term use has caused the heating temperature to be too high. It should be able to handle You can try changing the power supply and try a few more times? So I tried that, but it didn't work. I tried contacting the seller again, but they're not responding now. The heating pad carries a three-year service, free returns and exchanges, if you have any questions, we will help you solve them within 24 hours. It seems to be a decent product, but I'm giving 1 star because of the poor customer service.

This was a nice upgrade from our previous heating pad. It's very soft, and a bit longer, plus it's slightly weighted which helps it stay in place across your body. There's 10 temperature settings, and on the 1st one, it provides a small amount of heat for comfort and relaxation. The 10th setting is perfect for pain relief, and isn't too hot, unlike our previous heating pad that would burn on its high setting. I also like that there is the option to leave it on from 45, 90, and 120 minutes. I'm glad I ordered this, and my kitty enjoys it as well!

I would like to deduct more stars for the fabric being polyester/microfiber. (Toxic, just like viscose/rayon, acrylic threads...) The sad thing is most companies use that vs healthier cotton flannel or wool. This was cheaper so we got this. It works, definitely gets HOT. Like way too hot for me to go past 4 and my hubby only up to 6. I wouldn't want to forget this around kids who might push it to 10- that seems dangerous to me. And we love the hot tub etc. Lol No strangers to heat. The light needs to be less bright. It's insane and lights up the room- have to let a blanket down over the cord under the bed and it lights up much if the room still. Lol I'm glad it's green and not blue at least- which is less disruptive to sleep, red would be better but still brightness needs adjusting to be perfect. I deducted a star for the light mainly, and the material. I don't actually know if the high heat would be unsafe...but be careful.

This heating pad is nice quality. A design defect is not having anything to attach it to your body. I used it for my back and it doesn’t have any Velcro straps to hold it in place.

It’s a good value for the price and it’s good quality. It has various settings which is great for getting the precise heating that you need. I have extremely painful cramps and this helps a lot and the settings make sure that it’s not too hot and I can safely sleep with it since it has a timer. It’s also machine washable which is great!

This heating pad is the standard kind so I don't have too many complaints except that it has 10 heat settings and it still doesn't get really warm even on the highest setting. My other issue is that the cord is too short. If you are trying to use this in bed and are any distance from an outlet it is really difficult. I had to use an extension cord to be able to use it just to lie on the couch.
