I like my EV chargers simple, whether I am using them at home or installing them in one of my rentals. This EV has the second simplest setup I have encountered. The most simple of them all? Plug in, no buttons. This has two buttons. One button sets a delay, the other button changes the amperage. They both work as simply as possible. Press button until you get what you want. You don't need a degree in advanced rocket surgery for that one. By the way, it definitely will run at 220v if you plug it into a 6-20 outlet. Doesn't that make this a level 2 charger? You aren't getting 3.84kW out of 110v. Well, unless you gang several outlets and breakers together and do something absolutely ridiculous that you definitely won't be doing with this. The build quality is fine. The screen is little, but it shows you everything you need to know if you care. The cable is quite long. I put this one in a rental, and the tenants haven't broken it, and they have yet to complain, so I have nothing bad to say about it. ... show more

My wife and I recently acquired new EVs and I thought it a good idea to have a spare charger for both of us. I've tried several EVJICION products and was very impressed with the 'bang for the buck' they deliver. This might not be a top of the line charger but it's a very good charger for a value price point. It has a lot of features you'd expect from a higher end charger--25 feet of cable, waterproofing, adjustable current, etc. It's also extremely portable relative to the power it delivers. This was great when we recently purchased a Tesla and had to wait for the wall charger to be professionally installed only thing would have been nice is to include wall adapter for 120v as that is not included but they only cost a few bucks on Amazon or local hardware store. Kept charge or about 4-5mph charging which isn’t a whole lot but it’s better than nothing or waiting on a super chargers 🔌 to be free. Plug in and forget about it. ... show more
