I probably would not buy again. However the battery is unbelievable how long it last. I tried to order a second battery and I just hope there customer service is not as bad. I never got a answer back. Like I said I would not buy again.

This product is supposed d to be a life changing vessel to support my immobility. However, for the price I purchased in October and opened the box in January. I did not realize that I had 30 days and with the manufacture I am expected to pay for labor and delivery to the shop. Scooter went dead after 4 months. Contacted company. They had no ideal what was wrong with scooter. One said circuit breaker. Another said battery and it would cost $650 to replace battery. How can something go down within 4 months. Buyer beware. Please do not buy. Save yourself the headache.

I have tried 3 times to contact the seller- I bought this with warranty and it has been not working for months and the only way to contact them is through Amazon and I get absolutely no response. Buyer beware!!
