The item's packaging could be stronger-- the first one we got was damaged and lost the bottom plate in transit. We wanted to install an EV charger at home that's not mounted onto the external house walls. In the specific location that would make sense near our EV's charging port, this pedestal satisfies. The metal is sturdy and seems like it'll stand up to the elements over time. I have an issue with the finish. The screws aren't mounted flush (looks like they manufactured this without any torque rating. The worst part is that in the inside of the pedestal are what appears to be the sharp edges of these screws and the EV cable is suppose to be placed by this. Granted, the cable isn't always moving, but it just seems like a terrible idea to put a high voltage cable next to very sharp screws. Be careful when stringing the electric line in this pedestal.

Tesla wall chargers weight is too much for this pedestal. The pedestal is very cheap and poor in quality. My experience can be different than others. Will not buy again.

The 3 sections don't align straight, giving the post a slight turn when fully assembled. The colors of the post weren't all the same color either. I had intended on modifying and painting it anyway so for me this want a deal breaker, but if I was using it as it was shipped I would have sent it back.

The charging stand works well and serves its purpose, though it’s not the most visually appealing. Installing it required drilling holes in the concrete, which may not be ideal for everyone. Still, it provides a sturdy solution for organizing your charging setup.

I was in the market looking for a replacement on the current charge stand we have at home. I did some research on a replacement, and came across this one by UFIXED. When I saw the design of this EV Pedestal Outdoor stand, I was elated. Loved the design right from the beginning. I decided to order this and give it a try out. Now that we have this home, I am glad and pleased with this decision. Below, I will outline some of the other features that stood out over other similar ones on the market. *Design: Pedestal design- sleek and modern looking- Corrosion resistant- Compatible with mobile connector and the J1772 charger. Durable material used- well constructed *Hardware included- expansion bolts and screws *Input Voltage: 240 Volts *Mounting type: Wall mount *Weather proof treatment *Materials: Premium galvanized phosphated metal *Where to place: this can be installed either indoors or outdoors *Power source: corded electric *32 amps All in all, I find that the designer of this charging station pedestal did a very nice job with developing this. It is definitely a durable charger stand. Based on its performance and also should mention that it has a minimalist design - so it can blend in almost every environment. This pedestal is very heavy duty with what fairly thick walls on the post itself and even heavier steel used on the base. The finish is very nice and even and looks really nice when fully assembled. It includes self drilling screws, however it would be nice if they had predrilled small pilot holes in the post though. I assumed the coating had just covered up the pilot holes like a lot of similar products have, and first just tried to screw it together only to have to spin and go in a bit crooked. At the very least they could have included instructions warning of this. So when assembling you really should use a punch and then drill a small pilot hole before attempting to screw it together to avoid this issue. Other than that minor issue, this really is a quality pedestal and should last for years even if installed outside and exposed to the elements.
