It is ok for on the go. Doesn't quite work as smoothly as expected. It was hard to use with the plug I have in place. But as I said, good for on the go adapter, not for everyday use.

I'm glad it came in a box. It's nice to keep it stored in it and it feels organized. I used this adapter at a chargepoint and it works the same as the Tesla adapter. Need I say more?

I wanted this for the flexibility to charge a Tesla. I recently added an EV charging station at home and the Type 2/J1772 seemed to be the best option to charge the widest range of vehicles. This would not charge a Tesla, so this adapter expands the ability to charge them as well. This is very easy to install and I like that it uses the standard latch to hold in place.
