I'm impressed with this dispenser's performance and features for the price. I got it for use at home, so making sure it looks decent was important to me. I think it doesn't look as good as the bottom-load ones, but it still looks modern and sleek. The setup guide was clear and easy to follow, simplifying the initial cleaning process (don't forget to do that!). As I tested, it heats water to around 75°C (167°F) in about 10 minutes and cools it to around 10°C (50°F) in about 30 minutes. It has a child safety lock on the hot water spout, which is essential for households with kids. Also, it has two toggles to turn the heating and cooling functions on or off, which is great if you want one of these settings disabled. Overall, it is excellent for the price.

Can hold 3 and 5 gallons of water with ease. Smaller than most water dispensers so easy to fit in small spaces and apartments; takes up little space and is easy to use and clean. Has a child lock for the hot water which I like. Pretty good value for the money and the water comes out cold and hot so the temperature is really good.

Love that the housing is actually a durable plastic for sides. Keeps from perminent damage. Speaking of damage... small damage in shipping for a back bracket.... and the company went way out of their way to correct the issue and truly showed a concern for customer service. Probably the best service I have had from anyone. Its awesome that I can get hot water from this to make my tea and not have to worry about boiling it or microwaving ahead of time. Great time saver. Definite recommend and awesome customer service.

Came in really well packaged, even though box was a bit damaged due to good packaging item was in perfect condition. Ver easy to setup alone, it is not too heavy and the instructions are really clear for setup. We need to leave it in upright position for a while before using it or plugging it the first time. After that setup was breeze, I turned it on and installed the 5L bottle. Hot water is really fast and cold water is at perfect temperature. Since getting this I started not using my fridge dispenser anymore. Really high quality and comes with 1 year warranty as well. Highly suggest it!!

As a customer aside of the importance and quality of the product it’s always important to me to know that if I need any help or have questions about the product that customer service is easy to reach and capable of resolving issues or responding to questions. Customer service was easy to reach and prompt in reply. Very happy with that aspect. Now back to the actual product its quality material love the gloss look works perfectly. No issues. Dispensing water is smooth no sticky buttons cools water great and heats up with no issue. Great price for a good quality water dispenser.
