BURNS VERY CLEAN AND EVEN AND AROMA IS NOT OVERPOWERING. DO REMEMBER TO TRIM THE WICK TO KEEP THAT EVEN BURN. HAVE PURCHASED 8 CANDLES SO FAR FOR GIFTS AND MYSELF AND WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE. SAVE THE CONTAINER, CLEAN IT OUT AFTER USE AND USE IT FOR STORAGE OF FLOUR, SUGAR, PASTA. WHEN CANDLE BURNS DOWN, AND WAX IS STILL SOFT. GET PLIERS AND GET THE WICK OUT, REMOVE ANY WAX RESIDUE, THEN HEAT IT AGAIN IN THE MICROWAVE, WIPE OUT RESIDUE, WASH WITH HOT WATER AND DAWN, REMOVE LABELS AND YOU HAVE A CANISTER. It smells great, but it's not overwhelming. I use candles as a nightlight for hallways, and it provides a decent amount of light. The best part about it is that unlike some candles, which only burn close to the wick and leave a large amount of unmelted wax on the outer rim, this candle melted entirely. When it was done, only the glass jar was left. Also, the candle was lit for about 8 hours per day, and it still lasted almost a week. When you first open the top you can smell the intended fragrance. However, after that and lighting the candle you get light not scent. Don't expect your home to smell like a bakery you'll be sorely disappointed. Not given the candle a lot of burn time yet. So not sure how long it will last. Don't buy it for the scent! Im very disappointed with this because, (1) The scent is pleasant but too weak to detect from more than one foot away, It does not circulate or add the fragrance (cinnamon-pecan swirl ) to the small room where I put it. I've bought many brands if candles over the years, and they are used to add a pleasant scent to a room, especially when the air had been stale or unpleasant. But this candle does NOT do that at all, even when brand new. (2) I only have the candle about 12 days, and the wick has literally crumbled and disintegrated, making it impossible to to even light it now. It was just a waste of money all around and I will now have to try to complain to Amazon for some type of refund. ... show more

This is my second candle from this company. I bought it because I liked the first one so much. I ordered Cinnamon Pecan Swirl, but received one called Cinnamon Rolls, but the smell is similar enough that I don’t mind, it might even be that that scent was renamed. They burn nicely, last a long time, and give off a lovely scent that fills the room with the smell of cinnamon rolls. Yummy smell for an old house, for sure!
