OMGoodness! I purchased this grill from used on Amazon . When it arrived, only the packaging was bumbled. All parts were included. It was never used by anyone. The grill was easy to assemble. I was taking a long shot but for a girl on a budget, it is perfect. So, this is really 2 reviews. One for the discount, sold as used, but as I explained, only the packaging was damaged, and one for the grill. The grill works perfectly. I followed the instructions and grilled chicken tenderloins with some bbq sauce. I couldn't wait to write my review. Am I satisfied? You betcha! The chicken was so good and juicy. I had an extra piece, or two. So good! The grill was easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and let it sizzle. I used to cook my meats on a regular outside grill and they were never this juicy! I would definitely buy this again. I am already thinking about giving one as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Shhh! don't tell her and ruin the surprise! Haha! I can’t use an outdoor grill so this is perfect for me. The only thing I have to get used to is the temperature setting. Instructions say 400 deg but this is VERY high and things tend to burn rather quickly. I’ve cooked marinated pork chops that I haven’t had in years because of the lack of a grill. They were excellent and had the markings same as a regular grill. I also cooked burgers which were great. I would recommend but because of the smaller grill area is only good for 2-3 servings. I've only had it for two weeks at the time of me writing this and I brought it used/like new. Likes: Brought the 14 inch, and it wasn't as big or heavy as I thought it would be and fits on my kitchen counter. I have used it about 4 times now (pork ribs, quesadillas, bacon-wrapped scallops, burgers, wings, corn, salmon), and I'm hoping it holds up. Doesn't smoke up while cooking but taking the top off does create steam (like other reviews note) which dissipates quickly. The grease catcher is good, but you'll have to use a bristle brush or paper towel to move it into the hole since it doesn't really drain. Unfortunates: Since I got it used/like new, the temp indicator arrow must've gotten rubbed off which kind makes it difficulty to tell the temperature. I've been just guesstimating based on other appliances temp dials which has worked well. I wish the manual had more recipes, but it at least came with the manual. 4.5/5 for right now ... show more

All good on item just was not home when it was delivered and it rained ,box was wet on bottom but item was not affected when opened , will leave different instructions on next delivery , they need to leave item at front door on porch and it was but away from door like 2 and a half feet away where it gets wet when it rains I was not at home when it was delivered. No complains on Seller as long as it is shipped well in plastic bag around it its ok ... show more

This item is wonderful, I deduct a star cuz it's too big. I measured the are to put it in and it fit but I didn't consider measuring the sink to wash it; Sadly to say my sink can't rally fit this and it's a bit difficult for me to clean due to it's size, but it's really easy to clean and the non-stick is really good; Nothing sticks on it and with hot water mot of the mess rinses off, but I use soap to get the grease off it. The temp. is hard to be exact, but I don't see it as an issue, I turn it up to near the highest point and throw in whatever i need to grill. Burgers come out great and so does bacon since the oil drips away from it. The heating unit is snug fit, will take force to remove and put on. The grill pan seems to conduct heat very well, I turn on full hot water to wash it and the thing becomes hot to the point of discomfort, not a bad thing, good for cooking. I 100% recommend this, just note there is a smaller version but it's on another page and cost more. I couldn't ask for a better indoor grill at such a good price (Price was $35, the smaller was $40) Update: the taking out and putting on of the electric unit is a pain, very hard to do, won't deduct a star because the unit works great otherwise. This thing is HUGE (14”) and well made. I’ve cooked ribeyes on it twice since it came. I found that to get the grill marks I was going for I had to start my cooking on the highest setting. That may be normal because I’m new to grilling in all aspects. I’m considering propping it just enough to let the juices run into the reservoir because they tend to pool instead of falling off like they would on an outdoor grill so I don’t get that nice browning I want. Still in love and will probably use it at least 2-3 times a week going forward. Only down side is there isn’t a little marker to show what temp it’s set on but I manage. ... show more
