This is so easy to use, and eliminates the hassle of firing up the gas grill, checking to be sure there’s enough gas in the tank, burning off residue, etc. I can quickly plug this in outside, grill my fish, or steaks or whatever, and not have the cooking smells linger in my house. They assured me unit was covered under warranty and that I would receive a refund for defective parts. That was almost a month ago. I contacted them again and was told that I would have a refund in 7 to 14 days. Today I was told by them it would be 6 to 8 MONTHS before I would receive refund. Totally unacceptable!!
