I mainly ordered this to use as a griddle since it folds it takes less space to store and the non stick surface is protected when closed. The build quality is very rugged so this will hold up for a long time. It has digital controls for setting a temperature and the top and bottom can be turned on separately. The grates have a smooth and ridged surface so it can be used for meat or pancakes. The grill plates come off and clean up easily. It come with a temperature probe so you can see the internal temperature of what you are cooking. The only con is it takes a while to get up to temperature.

We liked this grill so much that we bought one for our nephew. But, right at 2 months, beyond return time, it just stopped working, In the middle of cooking a really nice cap steak. I reached out to the seller but heard nothing. So, I opened it up, pretty sure it was a fuse or something. It turns out that under the burner plate, under a square insulation piece. on the top section, there is an SEFUSE, MODEL SF240R0. THERMAL FUSE. relatively easy to replace if you have some electrical experience, and really cheap. I did not replace mine, I upgraded what is kind of a poor design. I don't recommend anyone else doing this repair. This is just informational.

Love and recommend this Cattleman indoor grill! Not only does it finish searing steaks and making waffles, but it also makes paninis and my favorite sandwiches. The stripes on the grill make my sandwiches look so delicious and flavorful, and they actually come out delicious.
