As a mom of eight, I became frustrated with cooking pancakes in a skillet. I could only cook 3 pancakes at a time and to feed 10 people this took forever. I decided to speed this process with a large electric skillet. This was so worth the cost to speed breakfast along. It heated evenly, was large enough to cook plenty of pancakes, and such easy clean up. I followed the instructions of just putting oil or butter on the skillet and the food did not stick and cooked quickly and evenly. The only down fall to this griddle is that the cord is short. It is sturdy, heats up nicely, easy to clean, and a great price. This is PERRRRFECT for the family of 5! Easy breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! Also, saves on cleaning multiple pans. Wouldn’t recommend scrambling eggs on it as the eggs will spill down to the sides (no matter how fast you try to catch it)!
