The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this product. Most, if not all, of the reviews on here involve meats and grilling, so this is for the plant-based! I use this Foodi almost everyday. It's my new go-to. I have grilled Beyond Meat, roasted different vegetables and air-fried everything I can get my hands on. I even tried steaming (even though I didn't see anything about this in the instructions/settings) and my veggies came out AMAZING!! I added some water in the bottom pan and used the air fry setting. I did see a little crisping of the vegetables, but this added a nice flavor and texture for a pleasant result. I absolutely recommend this for plant-based cooking and can't wait to try my next, and then next recipe. High quality all-around. Very happy I didn't hesitate on this purchase. One negative about the product is it is clearly meant to attract carnivores: the recipe book is almost all about different meats. They include SOME guidance on cooking vegetables, but not much. You will have to test a bit the first few days to find your perfect cook times. But you can open the Foodi any time to check on the food, so it's not that difficult. Love the automatic/timed cooks and it tells you when to flip mid-point. Non-stick is super easy to clean. I use linings when air frying, which makes it even easier. It is a little big for the countertop, so make sure to clear a space. It's a nice size for good portions. I will actually be taking this on a roadtrip with me so I can have dependable plant-based food on my next hotel stay (which any plant-based traveller knows the value of!!). ... show more

I don't cook. I'm allergic to cooking. When a recipe says to chop some carrots I've already decided it's easier to throw something in the microwave. I use this mostly for the air fryer, but I have done some baking. It's easy. Set cooking mode, set temp, set time, start preheat, listen for the ready beep (and watch the digital display), open grill, put food in basket, close grill, wait for the finished beep (or just wait until you hear it shut off). Food is properly cooked. Fries/taters and chicken wings are righteously crispy. Burgers & steak are both juicy and delicious. Best of all, I don't have to know how to do anything.
