It's a ribbed fabric, see pic. It's not heavy or bulky like a sweatshirt, but it's still soft and comfortable. The sleeves balloon a bit because of the long cuffs, which like. I wear a L in most tops, sometimes an XL in outerwear to be able to layer. I got an XL and it's oversized in a good way in my opinion. I think a L would have fit just right and still allowed me to layer. The zipper is very brassy, but it's so much better than a cheap looking silver zipper. I'm tempted to buy a large for an additional look.

Very nice. great quality, heavy. I expected it to be a thicker material but it’s honestly a very beautiful fall sweater . Very Comfortable. Didn’t fit me as oversized as I would’ve liked . but I’m keeping cause it’s comfy. I got the nude color. I will be getting the black one as well.
