I purchased this griddle long time ago and have been using it mainly for pancakes, and I’m really happy with it so far! The cooking surface is large enough to handle a good batch of pancakes at once, which is perfect for my family. While I did notice that the heat distribution can be a little uneven, with the edges getting hotter than the center, I’ve learned to adjust the heat and spread out the food more evenly. This way, everything cooks perfectly. One of the standout features for me is how easy it is to clean. After it cools down, I wipe the surface with a damp cloth and any residue comes right off. It does have some open areas along the edges where food can drip, but I haven’t had any major issues with that—just a quick wipe with a wet cloth, and it’s good to go. The design is sleek, and I love how it fits right into my kitchen setup. While I’ve mostly used it for pancakes, I’m excited to try other things like grilled cheese and quesadillas. The versatility and ease of cleaning make this griddle a great addition to my kitchen, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to cook small to medium-sized portions with minimal fuss.

I love my Dash griddle!! My primary usage of it is making pancakes, hence the headline, and I think it makes some amazing pancakes! I’ve used the griddle several times at this point and it hasn’t disappointed me. The surface is large, but to keep it simple, I just spread out whatever I’m cooking instead of loading it up. That makes it easier to cook things evenly anyway. Cleaning isn’t bad, though I’m used to putting griddles sideways and going to town with a sponge while avoiding the socket. But to properly clean, you just take a damp, non-abrasive sponge/rag/cloth with a little dish soap to the cooking surface area when it’s cooled down and unplugged. Then use a damp, non-abrasive sponge/rag/cloth to wipe off the soap. Spot clean the exterior so you won’t get water in all the wrong crevices....and there are plenty of them, which is why I emphasize surface cleaning the cooking plate and spot cleaning the outside. I did the whole put it in the sink and wash it thing and it was a pain wiping off the water from where it isn’t supposed to be. The bottom has an “open architecture”, so it’s easy for water to travel into the socket despite avoiding it while in the sink. Anyways, I like the griddle. I’d honestly recommend it to someone making small/single-sized portions because it’s quick and easy, but I mean, I recommend it in general as well. It’s pretty nice with a large enough surface and it’s been easy to maintain. I bought the red one and it fits right into my little kitchen.

In 2 words - LOVE IT. I have never had an electric griddle before. So glad I chose this company. I did a lot of research on Amazon and read lots of reviews of very different griddles. Not only is the color so pretty - but it works really well too. I am finally able to cook many pancakes instead of doing it one at a time. Same with fried eggs. When you want to eat at the same time as a family - having these things prepared and ready to eat at the same time is so nice. You can sit down and eat with everyone all together & not have to be in the kitchen still working on the meal. You can actually cook 2 eggs, 2 pancakes & some link sausage all at the same time. Wow. I wish I had had this product years ago. But am so pleased to have it now. By the way - I've been making pineapple pancakes for my husband and he is crazy about them. So far I only use it for breakfast. But I know I'll be using it to cook hamburgers and steak and maybe some thin sliced chicken and fish. It makes cooking fun again. Treat yourself to this machine. I also got an air fryer at the same time (from the same company) and the same color. Yahoo! I feel like my kitchen has been remodeled. ha ha

I purchased this in yellow (it was cheaper and matched my kitchen). I wanted a larger cook top to make lots of food at one time for my family. So far I have used it to make birria, quesadilla, grilled cheese, and pancakes. I have yet to use it to cook raw meats. It has worked fairly well. I did notice that the hottest spots seem to be along the edges, the middle does not heat as well so everything tends to cook unevenly. Luckily the stuff I have been cooking doesn’t require high heat and easily flipped around, so not a huge issue for me. Just be aware when purchasing this item. It can be a pain to clean if grease gets down along the edges. Hand wash in the sink and let it dry at an angle and flip it the other way after some time to get all the water out of the nooks and crannies. Otherwise the cook top itself cleans off nicely. All in all I’m happy with my purchase. I can cook a meal all at one time for my family and that was it’s intended use.

I will have a cool kitchen this summer! I really don't like cooking because it heats up the house and it is a royal pain to get all the pots/pans, etc. out. This griddle is awesome! It's large enough to accommodate breakfast cooking and not so large to take up valuable counter space. The heating is even and accurate; no burned food or raw spots. Non-stick is truly non-stick. Food does not stick although oil is not used. Cleanup is a breeze and it's ready for use again. I wish there was a cover for it when it's not in use. I highly recommend this griddle and am glad I purchased it.

I bought this for my son for Christmas so he could make his favorite Kodiak pancakes every day instead of messing up my stove top every day! haha! This griddle is truly amazing! I kinda wish I got one just for me. He now can make his pancakes in like 5 minutes vs the 30 minutes it seemed to take him before using a pan on the stove. It makes his pancakes perfectly and it never sticks. He is 18 years old and so the after clean up was sometimes was not very good on the stove, but with this griddle, he can easily wipe it clean for the next use. I also love the color so it looks very nice in my kitchen. Great buy - great price!
