We used the Griddle the very first day it arrived. It worked perfectly and for the price seems like a good deal so far. I do have to say if you want Higher Quality you might want to look for a griddle at a higher price point. This Griddle came with a crack near the insertion point for the power cord. It cooks well, but cooking delicate items like eggs over easy or medium the results haven't been successful. I had better results on a stove top. Could very well be I need the practice. All in all, I think it is a great appliance for added cooking methods. Storage is easy, cleanup is easy. Might add that the smoke level is non-existent thus far. I like to use oil/butter. However I did cook eggs on it using egg rings without any oil. I had no problem when it came to the eggs sticking. The design is compact. Good price, good results. ... show more
