I bought this item in April and installed it in May. It worked a few times and then stopped working. It takes about 100 turns of the crank to fully open and fully close. That's why we bought the motorized. I tried all the troubleshooting recommended in the poorly written instruction booklet to no avail. The seller is impossible to communicate with.
