The media could not be loaded. I've used dysons for years. I gave my old one to my daughter and thought I would upgrade. This one works well, gets up the dirt but the attachment is so noisy. Any other attachment is whisper quiet. My question is is it supposed to be this way?

I bought the v10 from Costco and returned it...it was heavy and no enough suction....the V8 is much lighter and more powerful and much cheaper

    • THIS IS THE WORST VACUUM I HAVE EVER OWNED
I paid over $400 for this vacuum, and it will not even pick up dried cat food on the floor. PLUS, it only stays charged for 10 minutes, if I am lucky. I just called Dyson, and they said that it is for apartments, and it will only run for 8 minutes when fully charged. Are you kidding me. I thought Dyson was supposed to be a really good vacuum, that is why I bought it. Customer service did not care about my call at all. I will put that vacuum in the trash and move on. Lesson learned. I WILL NOT BUY A DYSON EVER AGAIN! ... show more
