By far the worst vacuum purchase. If you live in a real home in real life vacuum requirements this isn’t for you. Weak, plugs easily, battery life fair at best. Just buy a reputable stand up and save your hard earned money.

So light versatile . We love this vacuum. It cleans stuff out of carpet and stuff after the big heavy weights, like pro models and Kirbys leave behind. You will now vacuum more because it is so simple and you will not believe the crap this baby picks up even off an apparently clean tile floor. Cordless is great and power works very well. Just gotta recharge and pull the plug when finished. I would recommend to anyone!! Wait for a great price and jump on it. ... show more

Would have been 5 star if the two refurbished hadn’t lasted as long as the new one has. Purchased my first Dyson in September 2018 and loved it so much we bought two more in October 2018 but the two in October were refurbished. The two from October now have broken in the floor brush. Tried to replace it but the part doesn’t work. Will have to call dyson and get it resolved. The first one we bought we paid $100 more for it new and it still runs great and it has been used A LOT MORE than the two refurbished. It’s worth the extra $100 to buy new. ... show more

Really am enjoying this vacuum. Major upgrade from the large behemoth plug in that didn't stand up. Great suction power, battery life is more than enough for my ~1200 square foot house. I use about 30 to 60% of battery for this space. Mix of high suction and normal suction, thick carpets, thin carpets and hardwood and tile. My only suggestion for improvement is some sort of engagable switch holder because it's a trigger so you have to hold it down to keep it on. So I white knuckle it a bit. This is a nice light weight vacuum which makes it very easy to get around furniture. Seems to clean as well on tile and carpet. Easy to store and charge and really easy to remove whatever gets sucked up. No disappointments so far.
