Battery/power died within minutes of use. I had high hopes for this product but did not live up to the hype nor the price. It seemed very powerful but if the battery cannot last long enough for a floor, then something is wrong.

    • Good for carpets and long hair!
Really impressed! I have carpeting and I myself have long hair and cats who scatter litter throughout the house, and this does a great job with both. It's really easy to avoid the hair tangling around the brush like I had problems with with other vacuums.

Waited 2 weeks for it, My wife tried charging it, it won't charge. My wife said it was dusty when she received it. It was suppose to be new

My third Dyson, the cordless 8V, 8 lb model, makes me wheeze EVERY time I use it. It suddenly occurred to me why. My first Dyson was the yellow upright, followed by a cannister. See the comparison yet? The first two have their motors, more importantly their air discharge, down near the floor. My cordless air discharge is right at the end of my arm; much closer to my nose. Hmmm . . . The only remedy I can see is to wear my Covid mask while vacuuming. This is, by far, my favorite vacuum and as a result gets used more - I shall wear my mask. You may feel the need as well. ... show more
