So I've been using this vacuum/mop for a few months now and it has been helpful for our home! Firstly, the suction power is pretty good, it picks up everything from fine dust to larger debris with ease, making it ideal for our mixed flooring of hardwood and carpets. The compact design is another plus, it's slim enough to scoot under most furniture and doesn't get stuck, which has been a problem with other robot vacuums I've used, the setup with the app was straightforward, and being able to control it via my phone is super convenient, I love setting no go zones and scheduling cleaning sessions without fuss. The LiDAR navigation is pretty good too, the vacuum avoids obstacles smoothly and doesn’t bump into things often.

This is my first robot vacuum so I don't have anything to compare it to besides my full size vacuum but with three dogs and three kids I was simply not keeping up on my duties and the hair and dust was taking over. We have large channels in our wood floors so I was nervous that this wouldn't be able to suck all of the stuff out of them but this little guy can. We run him on the highest suction setting and have him run twice a day and my house is noticeably cleaner. He does have to return to the dock to recharge while cleaning in my house and the dust cup gets emptied multiple times a day but the voice tells you when it needs to happen and its a quick switch. With the divers in-between the planks on my real wood floors I don't trust that he can get enough water back up so I don't use the mop function often but I did test it in my kitchen and it worked better than expected. The directions are easy to follow and the app is easy enough to navigate even my kids can do it. I have our Alexas set to sound an alarm 15 minutes before our scheduled cleanings so the kids can pick up the floors and get everything ready for him and it's working great. He isn't too loud either so my dogs don't mind him.

After the first use, it did not seem to work very well. It would just keep going back to its little charger. I am not sure what was wrong with it. I could not figure it out. It also kept saying some thing that we could not understand it was saying it sounded like “atouse rocked” and now that is stuck in my head!!! When it did work, I never tried the mop function. But the vacuum did work well.

We are still having difficulty getting the app to work correctly with this. We have to manually push its button to get it to do anything and it gets stuck too easily every time it tries to map. Today it got stuck under a low to ground rocker recliner. It can never find its way back to the docking station. I have to carry it back with it harping at me about its wheels being off the floor! It does do a nice job at picking up our little dog’s hair and the fine dirt tracked in from our sandy soil and has no problem going from the area rug to the hardwood floor in the living room. We will see our son soon so I’m hoping he can solve our technical problems for us so we can use this vacuum as it was intended to be used.

I'm really impressed with this robot vacuum. The app has a lot of features and works well. We have ours set to clean certain areas of the house on different days. You have the ability to schedule it however you prefer. If I choose too large of an area of my home it has to go and re-charge in the middle of cleaning, and that takes several hours. That's ok, but instead of that happening, I just have it clean a smaller area everyday and then rotate spots. I couldn't believe how well the suction is! I had just vacuumed my house the day before with my older Dyson. This little robot picked up so much dirt and hair (as me and my daughter have long hair) I was shocked! It also does a very thorough job. You can see on the app the map of your home, and where it cleans. It cleans in a back and forth directions so nothing is missed. If you have furniture that it gets stuck under you can just make those areas a no go zone, and then it avoids the area. The robot has a speaker that tells you what it's doing for example, when it starts and heads for the charging dock. We really love this little helper! We've even named her "Rosie" after the Jetsons! If you're looking for a new vacuum, Rosie doesn't disappoint, she's out of this world! :)
