Let me say – I was going to return this. Not because there was anything wrong with it, but I had second thoughts – I bought this on a lightning deal, I don't really NEED this, since my showerhead worked well, I just thought it might look nice in my bathroom to have a hand-held showerhead that was new. So, I was going to return the package to sender once I got it. But once received, it really did look nice and was extremely easy to install, no tools needed. I did have a small leak coming out of the joint between the shower head and the flex tubing, but they had been thoughtful enough to include a little bit of plumbers tape in with the package. I used half of that and it sealed the deal. I have tried all the settings already and they all work well – my favorite is the massage setting, since I do like a pulsed pressure flow to my showers. The nice thing about the handheld is that I can now wash my dog in the bathtub. ( he is a weird little basset hound and actually likes baths/showers-- tries to climb in the tub when I'm taking a shower). I love how it updates the look of my bathroom, makes all the fixtures look new. No regrets now that I have it in – I will save my old showerhead in case one of our rental properties needs an emergency replacement. ... show more

    • Major Improvement on my Last Attempt!
I returned the previous similar item because it was too annoying to use and was very-cheaply made. This unit is still mostly plastic but the features are more convenient. I would prefer the massage setting was a little stronger but over all I am happy with this unit. A major problem with the earlier purchase was that the pause feature was one of the dial settings on the shower head. This unit has the pause feature on the handle so you can leave the shower set the way you choose, pause and resume without the annoyance of having to cycle through a dozen settings to get back to the one you want. I am glad I purchased this shower head. Our house had a standard shower head in a stall shower that would beam my right in the face every time I took a shower. This is a much better option and has many settings, is up higher thanks to the handle, and of course the wand is great. It took me longer to uninstall the old shower head than to install the new one - under 5 minutes. This shower head also has a good thick plastic, no leak screw to attach to the pipe coming out of the wall, so no tools needed to install.     • On/off switch doesn't seem to work quite right on ours
This shower head works just OK for us. I have it hooked up to an outdoor shower and the main problem with it is that the on/off switch doesn't fully shut the water off. When you switch it off I just kind of decreases the water flow down to more than a trickle but less than full pressure. I have to turn the main water off in order to really turn it all the way off. ... show more

I LOVE it! I had purchased a similar one from BJ's for my other shower a week prior to that - but the hose on this one really makes it far superior. It is metal instead of that weird plastic that is hard to manipulate - this hose is super easy to move around and stays compact instead of getting all over the shower. The pause button works excellently and it is really easy to install. I installed it in about 5 minutes. One thing I noticed was that plumbers tape was in the box, however it was specifically not recommended to be used in the installation. That was a little confusing.     • Cord broke turning the whole thing into a "flying snake"
On the first use the cord broke at the base where it attaches to the shower head, and water began spraying out of control EVERYWHERE. The only way to stop the spray was to turn off the water completely. The on/off button only controls water that reaches the shower head, but with the leak before the shower piece, the button was useless. The button is also VERY HARD to turn on or off. When the cord broke I was completely lathered in shampoo and shower soap. So the only way to rinse off was to turn this "flying snake" back on and use the overflow from the leak to rinse off as quickly as I could before it destroyed the shower curtain and rinsed the entire bathroom. I made the mistake of accepting a replacement instead of a refund, and just outside of the 30 day refund period, THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN. STAY AWAY. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT unless you want a flying snake in your shower and an on/off button that a Greek god would have difficulty moving. ... show more

The shower works as expected and is well made. It is low flow, which saves money. I thought the on/off switch would be a nice addition, but find it just as easy to shut the water off. It works great to reach around and wash the walls of the shower to reduce soap build-up.
