I have always been a fan of making sure others knew whether the dishwasher was full of clean or dirty dishes. This is by far better than any other magnet that you had to constantly turn upside down or right side up. It does stick by magnet to the top of my stainless steel dishwasher. However, it also comes with two stick on pads in case you have a stainless steel appliance that is not magnet friendly. Surprisingly, I can’t believe how many people have commented on what a great idea this is.

Handy. It sticks on after you pull off the paper, so don't plan to move it off your dishwasher. Now we just have to remember to move it each time. Would also like a third option of "Empty" but we just leave it on clean. It's never empty for long anyway.
