I got this to be able to tell when my dishes were clean vs dirty. I’ve used magnets where you flip them 180° to tell the difference. After getting the sliding one, I prefer this one. The magnetic is strong & it doesn’t budge when I switch the label. Also the sliding is much more convenient especially when I’m rushing.

Honestly, I wish I would have bought this years ago!!! It is beautiful, clean, and easy to use. Great deal for the price too! I can start the dishwasher, switch it to "Clean", and never have to worry about someone running the dishes twice. Conversely, no one accidentally gets a dirty cup, or puts away all of the dirty dishes. We are a busy family, and often only see each other in passing, so this has been great! I had an old magnet I used previously, but the kids still never knew if the dishes were clean or dirty, because the taped sign on it often faded. I'd have to rewrite it often. This looks amazing and is a perfect solution for any family. Or. Just someone who often forgets if they ran the dishwasher or not, like me! Lol.

The end/clean indicator on my new dishwasher doesn't stay on indefinitely so if I don't unload right away, it is sometimes hard to determine if the dishes are clean or dirty. This magnetic sign has saved us from adding dirty to the clean & needingto rewash everything. I've had it for 8 months & it still works great. I just slide it to clean when I start a load and back to dirty after the dishwasher has been completely unloaded (sometimes I can't get it completely unloaded all at once). Magnet is very strong it has never slipped or fallen off - the first time I removed it to clean the dishwasher, it felt like it was permanently attached, I can't pull it off, but rather slide it up & off
