I have a small wet-dry vac with is good for cleaning up the kitty litter they leave in "their" bathroom. I also have a massive RIDGID VAC which works great, don't get me wrong. But, wheeling that thing around banging into everything is a chore. So, I think this is the Goldilocks version. It's very powerful and it has the ability to use dust collection backs inside it, which I don't think my RIDGID can do. I bought the product because of DeWalt's reputation for great products so I was expecting the vacuum to be powerful but is came as a pleasant surprise to find it very quiet as compared to my older vacuum. The only caution is that it is much larger in diameter than I expected so it is not as maneuverable as I hoped. It is still a great product. ... show more

Excellent suction. Casters are ok but I wish they were better. Cord is also shorter than I expected. Maneuverability is slightly impaired by the quality of the casters. I expected a cord roughly equivalent to a normal vacuum. The cord on this forced me to switch outlets as I move around the garage or to use an extension cord. ... show more

    • Great easy to use
My husband and I use this vaccum to clean up our job sites and I cant say enough in how easy and convenient it is! It moves easily and quietly. The suction is great it really does the job and helps with ending the day quick! Weve bought the whole dewalt line and love every tool we have!

I love this Dewalt wet/dry vacuum. The suction power is amazing and the maneuverability is really nice, unlike are old one. The portability is really nice, we have already used it on the job site and it fit in the cab of my truck, perfectly
