I really wanted to love this thing when I replaced our old ugly shower head (with good water pressure) with this beauty. I felt like such a real adult upgrading my shower head. (It's always a trap!) It was easy to install, seems to be made of good quality materials, but unfortunately I regret that I didn't return it when I could. Ignoring the red flags (why change now?), I convinced myself I'd get used to it. None of my concerns were a huge deal, right? I'm sure it's just me overthinking things... I did not get used to it, these are huge deals! I ended up replacing it again, and now I'm trying to convince myself that I don't need to keep this one "just in case" because "I paid good money for it!" Here are some things to keep in mind in case you find yourself deciding on a new shower head. The things I wish an adultier adult would have informed me to consider during this experience. - The whole fixture hangs very low because of the way it swivels and the way the handheld sprayer is mounted. My shower head before was what I'd call "average" height. Probably the only time I can complain that this one hangs almost 6 inches lower than my original one, and the replacement I just installed. - There is hardly any water pressure so we could only use the setting that is 100% out of the handle sprayer, defeating the purpose of getting this fancy (and more expensive) dual showerhead. Once we turned it to spray out of both showerheads it was like standing next to a oversize version of the water fountain at your therapists office except it had zero calming effects. - It's awkward trying to hang the handle portion back into the mount. So you're just waterlogging yourself in the face trying to make sure you have it in the right hole. I hope I can help someone else with their adulting! ... show more

We’ve had this shower head for over 2 years now and everything is still basically functioning as when it was new. My biggest issue is that the water pressure isn’t the greatest. If that’s not an issue for you, then this has been a good fixture.
