We gifted this to our grandson. He didn't open it immediately because he received more than one robot at the time. The other robot was not the same as this one. While working with his father on building the robot, they discovered a part was missing. I contacted Amazon to see what I could do. The 30 days to return it had passed, but Amazon gladly supplied me with the Manufucturer's contact information. I immediately contacted the Manufacturer and described the missing part and asked if I could get a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has failed to reply to my request, and it's been a month now. I am very disappointed and would NOT ever recommend this product or this manufacturer to anyone.

This product was very detailed but took a long time to build. My solar panel.never powered the robot. I'm not sure how much sun it requires but wouldn't work for me. Overall I would not buy it again but I received the item quickly as described.
