  • Solar panel doesn't work hardly at all
Style: White
My primary complaint is the solar panel had to be held unreasonably close to a light bulb for it to work at all (6in from a 150 watt bulb). I even returned the original and the replacement had the same kind of problem (also tried both LED and incandescent bulb types). The pieces did not always fit together very well, but for the price I was willing to overlook that. It definitely doesn't work as advertised, and was very disappointing for my son. ... show more

  • Cheaply made but still fun
Style: Orange
It's a really cool set other than the plastic being so cheap that it barely holds up to bring built, and probably won't hold up to being taken apart and rebuilt. Other than that, my Lego loving 8 yr olds were easily able to assemble these robots, though they are very building inclined. We did have to take apart the motor to get them to work as they didn't work straight off after being built. ... show more
