Love this showerhead! It’s a basic combination handheld and wall mount. The center hand held portion pops out easily for handheld use, and seats back into the wall mounted part of the shower head easily. The settings allow for using the whole unit at once for a good solid overhead shower, or just the center handheld mounted in the cradle as a slightly more powerful, focused shower, or as a simple handheld shower. None of these settings is an exceptionally high flow, but plenty of water flow allows for an adequate shower. The hose is long enough to accommodate sitting on a bench and still being able to reach everything without being directly under the shower head. These Delta 4 setting shower heads are amazing. These showerheads are sturdy. We have one in our main bath that has been going strong for 8 years. The spray quality at our place is excellent, but it will really depend on where you live and how much water pressure you already have coming out of the tap. You can adjust the water flow or detach from the ring and use it as a handheld shower. If you need to stop the flow of water but keep the water pressure balanced, just adjust the lever on the showerhead. This can be handy for scrubbing the tub enclosure or giving kids or dogs a bath. This was an excellent buy for the money. I bought two. I needed to replace a basic old leaky showerhead in our other bathroom, and the second one, I thought, my daughter might want at her house. So to start this off, I did purchase this used. The option I chose was “used-like new” on Amazon. I’ve had good luck ordering products used from Amazon and in my experience when Amazon states they are like new it general means they are indistinguishable from the new option. Anyway upon arrival I noticed some wear marks on the plastic parts where you would attached it to the shower arm. Not a big deal, and also not the reason I deducted a star as this was a gamble I was aware of whenever ordering a used product. Just thought it should be mentioned. As far as the actual product goes, it is fully functional. It works fine. I’ve read other reviews where people said their water pressure wasn’t enough to drive the shower head whenever you’ve got it set to the mode where everything is spraying at once. I however have not experienced this as I have great pressure in all 3 settings. Honestly I love showering with this shower head and for $36 (the price I paid for it), I would recommend it to anyone because it’s the best of both worlds. You get a great normal showering experience, while gaining the utility of having a hosed shower head as well. Now for the reason I deducted a star from this product. Immediately upon unboxing this product felt very light, flimsy, and just overly cheap feeling in my hand. The ultimate deciding factor on purchasing this shower head verses just an Amazon knockoff was the Delta name. In my experience Delta faucets and fixtures have that feeling of quality where you know it’s a well made product. This product lacks that. All parts, including the “metal parts”, feel very plasticky and brittle. Also the way the hosed shower head attaches to the main shower head is not great. It’s hard to get seated, and hard to release whenever you want to use it. Those two things combined are why I removed a star. It gives me the feeling that it will experience wear and eventually require replaced, which was the thing I was attempting to avoid by purchasing a Delta branded unit. Do not buy this if you want a showerhead that will last you many years! But! If you are moving around and don't quite care about it lasting forever, it's not a terrible purchase. I'm a renter in a townhouse with only one other resident (my partner), and I bought this showerhead to replace a cheap handheld showerhead. For $60, I was hoping this would last quite awhile, but sometime around month 10 it started to separate at the seams. This is probably because it's almost entirely plastic and changing between spray versions frequently takes a lot out of it. Note that we live in an area with slightly harder water (I'd say a 6/10 on hardness; ~93ppm for those that care). It's now month 11 and the leakage is concerning enough that I don't want to deal with the drama of a showerhead bursting while someone's using it. The Good: -Big sprayhead -The handheld part is very light The Bad: -Durability -The outer ring spray setting is really weird and you end up with the center being just...nothing -Like others said, the water pressure is pretty low -The spray setting switch is physically weak I don't think I would recommend this showerhead in general, especially at its price point, but I am strangely fond of its weird design. ... show more

Excellent showerhead and wand combo! The water restrictor/regulator is fairly easy to remove if you want high pressure, the one in my other bathroom also provides more than adequate water flow without this restrictor removed. The controls are easy and intuitive. I think my favorite feature is that the hose connecting to the wand is ultra flexible unlike a lot of the cheaper ones I’ve owned. The only issue being a small water seepage at this seam after 2.5 years of frequent heavy usage. ... show more

This is the second Delta product I have been burned on. I will never buy anything with their name on it again. The female threads that connect the shower head to the stub out coming from the wall are plastic and cheaply made. Upon inspection after installing I saw a leak around the connection and when I reached up to inspect further the whole thing fell apart in my hands. After calling delta customer service I was dealt with rudely and told “well it’s stripped and unfortunately we do not cover stripped parts”. I said no it’s not stripped I’m looking at the threads and it is just cheap plastic junk and it cracked down both sides. I was then told “well it was installed improperly and we unfortunately don’t cover parts that are installed improperly”. I responded with picture evidence and said no it’s just made cheaply and you don’t want to own up to making some stuff like this with your name on it. I was then told that “it’s not an issue on our end because if that was an issue on our end the phone would be ringing off the hook”. I love this showerhead. It has everything I wanted and more. I love that the two showerheads can work independently or together, really giving you the option to shower how you want. The large showerhead is good for coverage and the smaller one is good for more power if you have thicker hair like my girlfriend. Together, it produces a gentle shower that I found really relaxing. I like that it doesn't have 16 different "massage" spray patterns, which I find gimmicky. No one every uses them. This has just one that I can use to penetrate the hair on my dog, which leads me to my next point. The pause function on the handheld head is basically made for washing your pet. When activated, it slows the water down to a trickle so you can set it aside without it flying all over the place and you don't have to turn the water off. The hose is quite nice too. Made of metal and is anti-twist. Only problem is it's not long enough to reach the underside of my boston terrier. Shower hoses never are so I ended up buying a longer hose to pair with it.
