This is pretty solid and works perfectly in my garage. I highly recommend a holder for your EV cable. This will ensure the cable lasts much longer. I also recommend you always untangle your cable and ensure you do not force bend the cable. Always let it relax and wrap it without forcing the direction. In doing so you will ensure the cable does not short or have any issues. Mounting this is a little tricky but I have already done a few of these so I know what to expect. I would recommend get better mounting screws (25lbs anchors and screws or better). I also recommend mount this on a stud instead of drywall if you can. When mounted put some weight / pressure on it with your hands to ensure its not going to move around. By doing so you will ensure it wont fall when you have your heavy EV cable sitting on it most of the time. Overall its a very nice solution to what will likely become an every-day item for EVs moving forward. ... show more

This unit is made for Tesla portable chargers, usual you get aftermarket accessories that aren’t to OEM specs however this storage unit is like I purchased it from Tesla directly, the wand fits securely after each charging session and the hose easily wraps around the top neck of the unit.

Installs with 4 screws included. One of the screws broke off unfortunately. But it's holding just fine. Doesn't take up much space at all. The charger clips into place and fits perfectly. Highly recommend this!

Great product to do what it promises to do. There is a mount on the back to install to the wall. Then, slide the bulky piece on. Strong enough to hold the mobile charger and cable for Tesla. I attached this to a 2" side of a 2x4 in my garage. I drilled a 3/32" hole and secured metal holder to the stud, then I drilled 3/32" holes for the other screws and screwed it the plastic connector holder. I didn't use the wall anchors, and the holder is firmly attached to the stud. It works fine with the level1/2 charger that I bought here on Amazon, and I highly recommend it! ... show more

I was tired of my cable being tossed on the ground and getting scratched up and it just felt trashy to have laying in my driveway or on rainy days I would have to tuck it somewhere. This solves all my problems in a simple way. The unit is well made, I do wish the screws were a higher quality wood screw as one stripped during install but I could tell that out of the package I should have went to the hardware store to install it where I had wanted to on the exterior of my home.
