Love this amazing steam cleaner! I used this on my oven, Dutch Oven, Multi Cooker and windows and it did great on all of them. I used the scraper and the metal scrubber on my ovens. I used the scraper and squeegee on my windows. When I finished all of that I mopped my floors. I am just blown away by how clean everything is and by how versatile this cleaner is. I used no chemicals or cleaners either which is a huge savings. I mean this thing even got my oven wire racks looking like new! That is amazing to me. I know some people said the cord was too short but I didn’t have an issue with that. Some people also said they got a used one and I was concerned about that when I saw the taped box but my cleaner shows no signs of use. Some people also said the handle was too short but I wonder if they know it extends. I am 5’4” and the handle was plenty tall enough for me. Overall when I saw how many attachments this came with and how well it cleaned I think this is well worth every dime spent. Get one! You won’t regret it.

I was skeptical that this steam mop would clean anything and I was wrong. This steam mop is a beast!! It has a bunch of attachments, 2 mop pads and very easy to follow assembly instructions. It heated up to scalding in 10 seconds of me turning it on. It also has different steam settings, so you can choose the one that works for what you need. It cleaned my kitchen grout with ease and my tile has never looked better!!! I highly recommend this steam mop!!! *ALSO* use de-mineralized water, you can buy it here on Amazon. It will help your mops steam function, I got the Bissell floral stuff and it smells great. You can also buy 6 or 8 packs of the mop pads. I washed the 2 that came with it in my washing machine, they clean up and look brand new. Air dry them, do not put in dryer, I just needed to clean more of my house so that's why I got an additional 6 pack. You will not be disappointed by this steam mop!!!

I never had a steam mop before. I took a long time making my decision before selecting cyk brand. It works great. Cleaned floors amazingly. Not hard to figure out how to use it. I am a person that reads and follows instructions. The only thing I didn't know about was how hard it is to push/pull when cleaning floor. I did find out this is normal with a steam mop. I am pleased with results. It is a great steam mop to have and price is very reasonable.

I used this item once per week for 2 months on my Pergo floors. It did a great job; however, it stopped working. It would turn on but not generate steam. I attempted to contact the seller as the warranty instructions read to do but there is no way to reach them to get the RA that’s mentioned. I used the “contact seller” chat and Amazon was not able to connect me to them. I had to go through Amazon CS to get satisfaction. I will not buy from this company again.

I just received this yesterday and I put together and used it to clean floors. Used both on Hardwood and ceramic tiles and I was impressed! I had been using easy wring mops and also spin mop and bucket but I felt the floors were too sticky so something was left when mopping. This seems to have solved my issue the floor feels and looks cleaned. The only thing I don't like is that due to the size and shape of the mop attachment it's not too good on edges and corners but it does the job. Cord length and pole height is perfect! This is definitely worth it!

This mop is amazing. I like that the water part is lower so that it isn't top heavy. It stands in its own and doesn't have to lean against anything when not in use. It's lightweight.

love it. I have not yet used it to clean bathrooms, but game changer for my tile floors. So much easier to clean without a mop and bucket! The pad is easy to clean. Can wash it off outside in a bucket and some soap. Didnt want to mix it with my clothes in the laudry.
