This product works well for my neck but when trying to use it on other areas it felt like it made my muscles feel more tense. The video shows someone using it on their lower back but that felt awful for me. This massager has been amazing. It has 3 settings as well as heat setting allowing you to customize to what you are needing at the moment. This is a definite improvement over previous models I've used. Only complaint is the knobs stick out a little further than I'd like. That makes it easy to get deep muscles, but hard to get a light massage.

I carry all of my stress in my neck and suffer from chronic tension head aches. This product does relieve some of that tension and feels nice to use, but I agree with the other comments in that the small balls are pretty much pointless. I can’t feel them at all. I bought this 8 months ago and waited to review so I could see how well it would hold up. I was hesitant to buy it because I don't like spending so much money on an item without knowing how it will hold up but I'm glad I took the chance with this. I sit at a desk for 8 to 10 hours a day and I have horrible lower back pain and I started using this while I'm working at my desk and it feels so great! Just as beneficial as getting a soft massage.
